It is the antidote to dad bod, erectile dysfunction, male pattern baldness, trigger warnings, love handles, lack of libido, general wussery, complaining, poorly trained dogs, whiny children and grumpy spouses. It put 2 cup sizes on my wife when I took it out of the box. The dog started doing push-ups and singing the star spangled banner without me saying a word.I slid this bad boy up in my ruck, slung it on my back, took a deep breath, and immediately heard a bald eagle scream from the treetops. Legend has it he'll do the same for you.The fit and finish are as expected from this company, which is to say bombproof. it did a number on the Fedex box, but the plate was fine.If you are the type of human that complains about a scratch on your ruck plate due to free shipping, then you probably need to just not buy this and go pop another bag of doritos on the couch while you complain about being out of shape.Happy rucking. Stay dangerous and see you out there.

How did we get our start? While I was in Special Forces and Emily was in the CIA, we started GORUCK out of her house in war-torn West Africa. The goal was pretty simple: build a rucksack with life-or-death quality standards that would thrive in Baghdad and NYC.

Rucksack Compatibility
Our standard of compatibility is that Ruck Plates will be stable and secure in your Ruck with minimal shifting.
If you have a Ruck Plate Carrier, we recommend the shorter (Standard) Ruck Plates — 10LB, 20LB or 30LB.
The 20L and 25L Rucker feature an additional pocket to securely fit a 45LB Ruck Plate, which can be paired with a 20LB or 30LB Ruck Plate for up to 75 lbs of total weight.
If you have a GR1, we recommend the Long Ruck Plates — 20LB or 30LB.
45LB Ruck Plates only strap in securely to the 20L/25L Rucker and Long Ruck Plate Carrier, however they will fit into the interior elastic pocket of the GR1 (suitable for upright weighted rucking, but not ruck PT aka burpees and bear crawls).
