08-03-2026I tried this Geode braided fishing line on my last few trips, and it’s been solid. It’s really strong and doesn’t fray easily, even when I’m fishing around rocks or heavier cover. The color holds up well in both saltwater and freshwater, and it casts super smoothly. I’ve had no issues with knots slipping or line tangling. Overall, great quality line for the price and it’s definitely something I’d buy again.

08-03-2026Haven't got to test in the field but the color looks amazing under a black light making it easier to see night fishing even decided to wrap my rod tips and put a clear hardner on it couldn't be happier so far

08-03-2026I am using this line for restringing my windshield, as the original wording is sun-rotting and falling apart, and my partner recommended this type of fishing line for the job. This is strong, attractive, and ties well. Not sure how helpful this will be for fishing-folks, but for you crafty folks, this is good stuff, and thick enough to work with for knotting. Also, I would highly recommend getting yourself a rechargeable electric candle lighter (i picked up the small Topkay-branded one that was on sale here on Amazon a bit ago) to both cut and heat-seal the line as you work with it. Good stuff!
