I'm giving this a 4 star because it did assemble easily, the cleaning head is nice. It has some big downsides, first being the head is so wide you need to be sure it fits in you window washing bucket. If you are just using spray on window cleaner that wouldn't be a problem for you. I'm in the woods and need some soap and water to get the dirt and sap off my windows and the head doesn't fit in my wide 5 gallon bucket. The 2nd problem is a biggie. First the squeeze does have a tendency to slip out so you'll need to watch that PLUS -this is big, the squeeze is not attached to the mop itself. You have to snap the mop head off and attached the squeeze every time - WHAT A PAIN. I'm used to the window mops that you just flip the mop over the squeegee is on the other side. Switching back and forth is such a stupid idea.

This is a fantastic tool that will help you tackle a tedious job! I know that I could "make do" with other tools that I already have around the house (like a broom with a towel wrapped around it...or some other similar "home made" solution). But this tool is EXACTLY what I need to reach for when I notice that a window needs to be cleaned. I don't have to waste time making something work when I have something that is ideally suited to the task. I definitely clean my windows more often and more easily with this cleaning kit.

The squeegee does not stay in place. Everything works as expected but I would not purchase this item again due to the problems with the squeegee. Unfortunately, I didn't use this until after the return date or I would have returned it. Very disappointing.

Item received in good condition in a branded brown box. By Wednesday the salt blown in off the sea has turned our upstairs windows into frosted glass. I ran the Mitclear kit over them and the change was instant. One sweep of the fourteen-inch silicone blade clears the water, no squeaks, no streaks, just bright panes with seagulls gawping back at me. The microfibre sleeve guzzles plenty of soapy water, scrubs away dried bird droppings, then goes straight into the washing machine. Two sleeves come in the box, so a clean one is always ready to go.The pole locks together securely and easily reaches the skylight above the stairs, sparing me the drama of balancing on a ladder. Even fully extended it feels solid, and the rubber grip stays put in wet hands, which helps when the four-year-olds decide to “help” with the hose. The stainless frame seems unbothered by salty air as well.It is a well-made bit of kit, clearly designed with some thought, and it breezes through house windows, the shower screen and the car without any fuss. Worth every star.

A part was missing - the part to attach the squeegee to the pole. There is a troubleshooting video but that depicts metal parts that were not included in this package, so u had to return it.Upon returning it, I was informed at the UPS store that I had to purchase a $6.20 poly bag even though the item was in its original packaging just as I had received it.So I pay $ 6.20 to be able to return a defective item!I do not recommend this.

We have been deep cleaning the house on weekends to get ready for next month’s Trick or Treat night, and this window cleaning kit is handy for our big windows and sliding glass doors. The pole sections screw together easily so I can adjust the length depending on which window I’m reaching. Once locked in place it feels steady and doesn’t wobble much, which makes me less nervous when I’m stretching over the porch railing. The kit includes a 14 IN microfiber scrubber and a silicone squeegee, and switching between them takes just a moment. The microfiber head lifts off easily to rinse in the sink and air dry, which is handy after scrubbing off pollen and dust. It’s not overly heavy, so I can hold it after an hour of cleaning, and my teenager helped me with the higher windows without complaining about weight. The squeegee blade does a good job pulling off the foam from the cleaning spray and leaves the glass looking clearer than before, especially on the big panels of our patio door. In the smaller panes with decorative trim it’s a bit harder to maneuver the wide head, and I had to finish those by hand with a cloth.

Makes quick work on cleaning my outside windows around my house.

Ottimo prodotto per la pulizia dei vetri. Il manico volendo arriva fino a quasi 2 metri, quindi permette di raggiungere senza sforzo anche le finestre più alte. Personalmente non amavo utilizzare la scala vicino alla finestra per poter pulire la parte più alta e con questo prodotto riesco comodamente a pulire le finestre più alte. Il manico non è telescopico, quindi è un po’ piu laborioso il montaggio, si avvitano i vari moduli necessari al raggiungimento della lunghezza desiderata, il vantaggio che essendo moduli corti stanno tutti in un cassetto! La parte in microfibra lava bene senza lasciare aloni, mentre la lama in silicone asciuga in modo rapido e uniforme. I materiali sembrano resistenti e il montaggio è stato semplice. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero buono, lo consiglio a chi cerca uno strumento pratico e funzionale.

Le he comprado a mi madre este limpiacristales con mango extensible porque en su casa hay un par de cristaleras que están bastante altas y aunque le tenemos prohibido subirse a una silla y no hace mucho caso la verdad. Con este limpiacristales al menos tengo la tranquilidad de que al menos no se suba y pueda hacerlo ya que extendido roza los 2m de largo.Es fácil de montar y en kit viene una escobilla, un estropajo y paño de fibras adicionales al que ya viene puesto, cosa que se agradece.En nuestro caso hemos ganado en tranquilidad y los resultados de limpieza están muy bien.
