Easy to put togeather and clear instructions. Handle does get hot so you could use oven mitts. The included gloves help for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately it melted the plastic brush it came with so those won’t be useable. It puts out a lot of steam which is really what I care about. I’m unsure if I can change nozzles mid clean, it probably would be too hot but I’ll have to experiment with heat resistant gloves meant for like a grill. It did clean my stovetop nice however the one burner plate I had previously scratched with an s.o.s pad isn’t so clean but I believe that’s on me due to the previous scratches but the ones without scratches are like new. Overall I’m happy with it and would recommend it. I’m excited to try it on grout and other surfaces I’ll just need to spray steam with the wand and separately have a scrubber due to the tips melting
