The material of this weight bench is durable with high quality. There are also knots available for heights adjustment. During work out, the equipment’s stability is high.

I’ve been using it for bench press, curls, and some leg work, and it all feels smooth. It does take up some room, but for the price you honestly get a full mini gym at home. Totally worth it!

It was easy to assemble, although I needed some help from my husband to lift a few of the heavier parts. The bench is space-saving and easily adjustable. 08-03-2026Thr directions only have some small pictures so be ready to look a lot. The nuts and bolts are labeled nicely in bags, but the metal pieces are NOT (very annoying to find each one from the pictures). Make sure you have your own tool set. Steel quality feels good but welds don't seem to be completely done all around the joint section. Overall feels good and I hope it lasts.

08-03-2026This bench is surprisingly sturdy once assembled and the different positions work well for a full body workout - the leg developer and preacher curl pad are actually useful features, not just gimmicks. Fair warning though, it took me almost 2 hours for me to put together, and you'll definitely need two people to move it around once it's assembled since it's pretty heavy. Like it
