08-03-2026My 8 year old loves this skirt. She was most excited to see it was lined with a soft silky layer, so the scratchy sparkly part doesnt bother her. She's very much a sensory kid, so as much as she loves all things that sparkle, she does NOT love the texture of sparkles. LOL But due to the soft liner, this sparkly tutu is a winner! It's got a great twirl & an appropriate length!

08-03-2026This skirt is very pretty, it is gorgeous! But the top layer is fraying really badly, and I haven't even washed it or had my daughter try it on yet. I ordered this in a size 9-10 when she is currently in a 7-8 because most bottoms I get from this app the sizes are way off. The waist fit her just fine but the whole skirt was long and poofy and looked really big. I had originally ordered the black variation, but the sequins were very golden instead of black, and I didn't like it. The light pink has a lovely rose gold sequin and looks so much nicer. The skirt has 3 layers in total, a stretchy waistband, and the sequins are very shiny and glittery, but the top material is fraying and falling out, and I don't think it will last for too many uses. It would be great for a Halloween costume or a dance recital, or a birthday outfit. Unfortunately, I don't think this product has much longevity and that makes me nervous since it currently fits but doesn’t fit my daughter. It’s just a strange design overall.

08-03-2026Thr fun and sparkle of this skirt are awesome. It just makes my girl happy wearing it. The sizing is good, it fit as expected and is comfy with some stretch. She has worn it a few times and we haven't lost and sparkles, so it must be pretty decent quality to survive school recess! Also, it came in packaged well with no odor or any imperfections that I noticed.

08-03-2026I got this skirt for my all-things-glitter 6-year-old daughter and she loves it!First off: the skirt looks just like the images in the listing and holds up in the washer/dryer quite well. It fits true to size, but if your kiddo is in between sizes, I'd go up.What I really like about this skirt is that it's fun and sparkly, but it's also a great length for school. It's cute now in the summer/fall in Texas, but it'll also be great with tights in the winter.For $17, it's a great buy!

They’re also sewn on with thin spidery thread over an outer mesh layer which gives it a very spiderweb type of look that’s perfect for Halloween.2. Skirt is made up of three layers. Sequins are sewn to an outer mesh layer. The middle layer is some type of sheet gauze, and the innermost layer is an opaque black that feels satin-esque. Layers are sewn together at the waist but not tacked together anywhere else so skirt has a very floaty effect.3. Tag is small and made from a soft canvas material. It can be cut out in a pinch, but shouldn’t frustrate any but the most sensitive skin.4. Elastic waist is much smaller than the diameter at the hem. Probably not a good idea to size down - or hope that the largest size will fit an oversized girl - as the cinched elastic waist will ride up to the smallest part of the body likely resulting in a VERY short skirt. If worn as intended, the skirt should have a very poofy effect.Overall an excellent fashion piece for overly fashion-conscious girls. NOT WARM mind you, but no one is claiming otherwise so that doesn’t impact the rating.

The inside is soft & the outside is sequins. My girls have both wore it to school & it held up well, but I took off a star because after washing there are some frizzies.
