Second day of use. Performs as advertised. Test water purity with a TDS&EC meter, using distilled water as control. The ppm for the distilled water was 0 as expected. The ppm for my tap water was 145. The ppm for bottle water was 100. The ppm for the water produced by the Algerri filter was 17. The taste was exceptional and noticeably better than the tap water and bottled water. I bought this filter primarily to remove fluoride, which I have not yet tested for. I may report back after having done so. This is my first and only experience with a RO filter and so far I am quite satisfied. The price point for this item was acceptable to my means, and I would recommend it to others. Now I will see how well and how long it last. Finally, I have not priced the replacement filters, and I'm hoping that they aren't a gouge.

I am really happy with the unit. It actually exceeded my expectations. I had researched many RO tabletop systems and decided on osmosis for a few reasons including the right price point. First and foremost the water tastes clean and crisp with no odor at all. It has a relatively small footprint which I needed for lack of counter space. The unit is well made, aesthetically pleasing, and has really nice features. I wanted a unit with UV as I only go through less than a gallon a day since l am a single user and wanted it to kill off bacteria. I like the touch screen pad and the pre-selected water sizes although l often re-hit a button to stop the flow which was also a very important feature for me. The touch screen is easy to use and adds to the stylish look of the unit. The rear water container is super simple to refill and has sturdy handle. Maintenance is not difficult and somewhat automated. Truly a great looking and well laid out machine with all the features I wanted and needed.

This little machine makes the worst water taste great. If you have a problem, the support is the best I have had to deal with. I highly recommend this product.

I feel so much safer drinking water from this! The world we live in today is so unpredictable. Why not invest in your family’s health and safety while drinking great tasting water! I bought this to use the water for our ice makers and Keurigs to cut down on scale building up as well. We have been spending a fortune on buying plastic gallons of distilled water for the coffee and ice makers. For this reason we are going to save a lot of money!!! Very easy to set up, great quality, fits perfectly under my cabinets on countertop, and keeps my family’s drinking water safe! Win win!

UPDATE - We recently had the opportunity to need customer service on this unit and Aigerri Customer Service is FANTASTIC! Sophie at Customer Service was quick to respond and find a solution for us. We are very happy! It's so hard to find companies who actually stand behind their products and Aigerri is amazing! We'll be customers for life!We'd been refilling those 5 gallon reverse osmosis water bottles for years (we rent so can't easily install a RO system). We came across this countertop RO unit and decided to give it a try. After 2 months of using, we are still in love with it. So much more convenient that heavy 5 gallon bottles. Yes, we have to refill the tank once or twice daily (we drink a lot of water). But it's way better than trying to lift heavy bottles (and driving out to the store to exchange bottles for full ones, getting them home, getting them in the house, etc). We've already recommended this to several friends.

Easy setup and water taste good, works better than regular filters you get at the store. I think I will also get a copper pitcher to store the water to charge the ions and everything

A great buy. Small enough to sit on the counter yet holds enough water for daily use. Has improved our consumption of water and water tastes great. Easy to install and move around as needed. Great buy if you are looking for an alternative to the expensive RO install

Excellent! Easy to use. I was confused by set up instructions so I emailed the company. They were great! I got simple instructions - easy peasy. One time, I accidentally left water in the tank for several days with the machine unplugged. I came back plugged it in and it came out crystal pure. Then I realized I forgot to dump the old water so I pulled it and inside the tank the water completely gross! Over the days all kinds of guck grew in the water but the machine made it crystal clear and clean and it tasted great. I never did that again but I was sold after seeing that. It continues to work perfectly and could not be easy to use. Very happy with it!
