It was awesome. Easy to use
Can't find anything wrong with this. We used it on a cruise where we did not have a drink package. The water on the ship is potable but did not taste or smell good. Before the cruise, I followed the instructions for first use. It was messy because I hadn't tightened one piece well. Once I figured how much to tighten everything, no leaks. My husband chose to drink directly from the straw, but I preferred to squeeze out the water into a container. Very easy. You can hold it upside down and water will drip from the sip part of the straw or you can squeeze to hasten the flow. This is going to go with me on all trips now. Light, takes up little space in my suitcase, and does the job. We aren't brave enough to try this on dirty water.
Nice unit for big out bag
Works great. Short learning curve to get used to filling the large bladder and using the filter with smaller pouches. Ended up buying additional pouches (which came with another filter). Filters were easy to clean. This is great for larger group camping where you don't need to filter water fast. We just got in the habit of filling the bladder at night so we'd have fresh water in the morning, then fill it again so it would filter more throughout the day. Another bit of advice, be sure to store it in a manner so it can thoroughly dry. I ended up 3D printing some hangers, similar to what Camelback used to sell to air out their bladder packs.
Do suggest to have in cases of emergency especially if you have a dog who can't sip through a straw as we have the life straws already. Feels quality made, easy to use w several containers & totally portable. Highly recommend getting one for house & even in the car, truck or RV.
Almost one year later. One of the filter pouches sprung a leak at the seam around the top opening. Glad I brought two of the pouches on my trip otherwise I’d be SOL.
Excellent filter, filters two-gallon bag in less than 5 minutes. Well made.
Very convenient, easy to use, light weight, great quality. I only used it to filter tap water in hotel. I like the taste of filtered water but did not compare side by side before and after filtration.

What's Included:
Enjoy filtered drinking water wherever you go with the ultra-compact, lightweight, reusable Yuclet YSS02 Squeeze Water Filter System. To use, simply fill up the reusable pouch at a lake, river or stream, screw the filter onto the pouch, and drink directly from the filter or squeeze water into a water bottle.
Connnect to the included squeeze water pouch to become a squeeze water filter system.
Screw onto 30mm threaded standard disposable water bottle.
Screw onto 28mm threaded standard soda water bottle.
Q: What type of bottle can be screwed onto the filter?
A: Yuclet water filter fits most standard 28mm or 30mm threaded water/soda bottles. For bottles with shallow threads, the bottle neck ring may need to be removed. (Note: We cannot ensure universal compatibility as water bottle sizes vary in the market.)
Q: Why can't the filter straw suck water through?
A: Please check if the filter's silicone dust plug has been removed.
Q: Can it be used to filter saline water?
A: No, the filter can be used to filter fresh water rather than saline water.
Q: How do I know when it's time to change the filter?
A: If you experience low or no flow rate, consider replacing the filter. Water flow will cease when the filter reaches the end of its lifespan. If you start to experience bad taste, it's also time to replace the filter.
Q: Does the filter remove TDS?
A: TDS stands for total dissolved solids, and represents the total concentration of dissolved substances in water. Some of these dissolved solids are contaminants, and Yuclet water filter does remove some of them, but many are actually good for you, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. For example, bottled water can have a high TDS reading due to higher levels of mineral content. Yuclet water filter is designed to remove contaminantsand particles from water, but it doesn't directly affect the TDS level. For reducing TDS levels, you would need a different type of filtration system, such as a reverse osmosis filter or a distillation process.
