This is a great face mask. It is very easy to use and comfortable to wear. The remote acts as a power bank for the face mask and is rechargeable. The mask itself is very light weight and it also has a long battery life. I use it for only about 20 minutes a day couple times a week. The leds don't cover your eyes, there is a separate part of the mask that covers your eyes, so you can still see even with the mask on and don't have to close your eyes. There is a timer option which i use to set it to 20 minutes. You can use it while doing other errands or tasks but i like to put it on and just relax.
