08-03-2026This is a lightweight, unlined jacket with an imprinted Venom design, jersey fabric cuffs, collar and white plastic snaps. My 6-year-old grandson absolutely loves it! It runs true to size. I paired it with some royal blue jogging pants and a red long sleeve shirt- great for fall! My daughter says he won't take it off- only to wash it. Points for this nana for the perfect birthday gift!

Every year at Christmas time we try to help out with his presents so he always has a good experience. She is a single mom of 2 boys, so Christmas and birthdays can be a struggle. So when I have the chance to find him cool stuff, I jump on it!This jacket, being Marvel, and part of the Spider-Man universe, is perfect for him! The jacket itself is not quite a full jacket. It is lightweight, and would make a nice top layer over a long sleeve shirt in the fall. It is a little bit thicker than a regular shirt. The inside is soft and kind of feels like terry cloth. It probably wouldn’t block a lot of wind but if you’re in a warmer area, it could suffice.The sleeves, neck and bottom of the jacket are stretchy trim that reminds me of baseball jackets or windbreakers. The Venom name and illustration is part of the fabric, so it’s not like a decal and will hold up throughout many washes. The outside is also soft.My least favorite part is the buttons/snaps. They are easy to snap together and would be perfect for a kid. However, they are plastic and I could see them potentially cracking down the road especially if they are stepped on or get stuck in a house or car door. It can be washed easily and dried on low to extend it life.Overall it’s a cool looking jacket that any Marvel or Spider-Man fan will absolutely love!
