Drop Shot Fishing Weights Sinkers
They're good forged weights and sink like they're supposed to. The eyelets are nice and work for their purpose. They're made of lead which is expected. Overall they're not a sunk cost but are designed to sink.
These are well made sinkers. The sign of good sinkers are that the metal loops aren't really loveable, which these are. I plan to use these with crawler harnesses for walleye
Nice standard lead weights for fishing. The eyes are good and the lead is shiny. I usually use a snap swivel to clip these onto the main line or leader line.
This review is on the Gefischtter - Drop Shot Fishing Weights. These lead weights are well-built. I weighed one and it was 30 grams. I didn't see that they were marked with '30' until I began this review. I thought the website or the ones received were wrong. After looking, they are indeed marked. With the 30g or 1oz, you get 10. The eyelet is strong, so you will probably break a line before losing one of these.
Not a lot to say about some lead weights in a review. WHat I can say is that they must have used good molds because I didn't notice and sharp edges on the weights at all. The top loops were nice and secure and never had a single issue when using these on my drop shot rigs at all. These are an excellent value.
These are exactly as stated and shown. It's a lead weight. Looking forward to testing them out but they seem to be of good quality. I couldn't find any issues with them. They will be added to my fishing supplies until I need the weight.
As a fairly new person to fishing, I find there are more things I need over and over. One of the things I seem to have too little of are sinker weights. However I have found I prefer teardrop shape ones to more angular ones. They are easier to get out of the rocks when they get stuck. This pack was very inexpensive, I was able to use two of them last time on my trip and they do the job well. They don't seem super fancy, they are kind of rough and dinged up looking, but since you're throwing it in the water to go fishing I don't think that matters so much. I'm very happy with them.
Perfect little dropshot weights. I use these with a Bobber stopper to set my depth accurately in shallow water, and they do not budge. Probably wouldn't work in the surf, but in lakes or still water they work great. I even used these for dragging weight and flossing in the river, they work well, and do not snag easily. good deal for the money, and did not have any fall apart on me so they seem well built. They are also compact and fit in the tackle box well.
