Very easy to use. Great pre-existing sessions that help get beginners into a regular use. Circulation is amazing, vibration is perfect.

This is my fifth moderately priced vibration plate. All the previous ones remain in current use--one at my desk, one at my wife's desk, one in our home gym, one in the room where we most often eat and watch television. So why another?-well, though the vibration mechanisms appear identical, there are a lot of individual differences between the models. The most significant differences relate to size of the vibration platform, texture of the vibration platform, and control options via the remote.Taken in turn. This model has a relatively smaller vibration platform--approximately 15 inches of usable width.. This can be advantageous when fitted under a desk where you are mostly resting your feet while sitting. It also will work well for those who intend to just stand upright on the unit. My largest unit is over 20 inches in width. The added width will be appreciated by those of larger frame, or who wish to engage in active movements during operations. For example, it is much easier and more stable to perform squats (deep knee bends) with the wider stance made possible on a wider platform.Surface texture of the platform varies considerable between the models, ranging from a surface of stud-like hard pointy pyramids (giving good traction for sneakers and gym shoes), to a relatively smooth and softer surface that allows one to comfortably sit on the platform, or place one's hands or forearms on the platform while doing other active (e.g.., push ups) or passive (e.g., planks) exercises. The latter is out of the question with the hardest spikiest vibration plate I have--it is painful except when wearing shoes. This model tends towards the softer side and therefore is comfortable to use in positions other than standing. All the models I have come with a remote which is essential for changes during operation. Changes are limited to speed and routines (programmed variations in speed over time). While some remotes and units allow for a wider selection of routine, I've found that I am mostly interested in the ability to manually select between a few speed ranges. My favorite style of remote, which is included with this model) allows for switching between 4 speeds achieved by pressing on one of four separate buttons; On, Walk, Jog, Run. You can change the last three of these at will during operation (some units will only allow speed to be set prior to starting, require multiple presses or constant hold down to move through small increments in speed.) I find the four settings to work the best for me. The initial setting is good for a relaxing "massage" while seated; the walk/jog/run buttons allow for meaningful differences in intensity. Foot placement also allows for changes in perceived intensity. The wider your stance, the greater amplitude of applied vibration--feet close together near the "fulcrum" of results in the least amplitude, wider stances (which can be greater on the wider platforms) will increase the experienced amplitude. I find these to give me more than enough intensity options. I often will go with the minimum to "loosen-up" muscles before and after workouts, and before going to bed for the night. While watching television I will often go immediately to "walk" then "jog" and sometimes on to "run." For me, these individual speed buttons are ideal for making changes during operation. So I find this Xiheima vibration plate to compare well to my other models (which ranged from $90 to $229 in price when I obtained them). It's only real limitation, and that will only apply to some users, is its smaller platform size. I've found all of my other units to be holding up well under daily use, and I fully expect this one will be equally durable.

As a person with vascular, leg edema issues- this machine is really helpful.I did a lot of research on what kinds of interventions help and vibration plates came up a lot. I am overall happy with this purchase and currently use it once a day.I have noticed my legs feel significantly lighter and pain has decreased as well!My only complaint about the machine itself/product was the directions it came with. They could have been more clear and easy to follow. All in all- the machine’s purpose is pretty straight forward and there are different settings you can change on the machine itself or the remote it comes with.

I've been an avid runner for almost a decade now. I've competed in everything from 5K to 50 miles in distance and everything in between. When you start getting into longer distances and really upping the weekly mileage, you learn a lot about how important recovery is to your training. A couple of years ago, a trainer friend of mine was talking to me about vibration plates and how great they are. So I went over to his gym and gave one a try. The difference it made was mind blowing. So when I saw this, I had to give it a try and see how it stacks up to the much bigger and more expensive commercial versions that he has in his gym.The set up of this vibration plat was as easy as can be. You literally take it out of the box, plug it into the wall with the included cable and turn it on. It comes with a remote that can adjust the settings or you can do it with the control pad on the device. The remote is a great touch as adjusting is a lot easier when you don't have to try and squat down to use the control pad.Now I'm not going to sit here and tell you that this sub $100 vibe plate was as good/powerful as the $1000+ ones at my friend's gym, but it is surprisingly powerful for how compact and affordable it is. It differs a bit in the sense that it more rocks than vibrates, but it gives the same feeling/effect. After having it for about a month, I can tell you that it has become an integral part of my active recovery. It really makes a tremendous difference in how my legs feel after just a fifteen minute session at medium intensity.I know you can also use it as an actual means for working out, but I've stuck with just using it for active recovery. My 10 year old son also loves to stand on it while watching TV. Although, I think he has more fun talking an laughing about how it causes his voice to oscillate.I don't know how long this will last. I'll update if it breaks in an unreasonable amount of time. But it's a great option for anyone wanting to try vibe plates for the first time.
