Gaming is about to get fast.
Experience lightning-fast, crystal-clear gameplay with the 27" QHD IPS UltraGear gaming monitor, built for competitive performance and stunning visuals.
A blistering 300Hz refresh rate¹ and 1ms (GtG) response time deliver ultra-smooth motion, while up to 95% DCI-P3 color gamut expression and VESA DisplayHDR 400 bring games to life with incredible contrast and vibrant detail. NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility and AMD FreeSync Premium ensure tear-free, responsive play.
The sleek, design offers swivel, tilt, height, and pivot adjustability for the perfect setup. Plus, stay connected with USB-Type-C (15W PD), two HDMI 2.1 ports, and DisplayPort 1.4—making it the ultimate display for speed, precision, and immersive gaming.
¹Graphics card that supports DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 are required to achieve up to 300Hz fresh rate support. Graphics card sold separately.
²NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible supports variable refresh rate on GeForce GTX 10 Series and higher GPUs on Display Port, and GeForce RTX 30 Series and higher GPUs on HDMI 2.1.
This was a steal at 266$. I down sized from a 32" inch curved and don't regret it one bit. The IPS colors pop, even the contrast looks really good. The overall monitor quality is excellent. I have a amd card and your not missing much without freesync premium plus. Having HDR enabled works great it just doesn't have the certification. I like that it has gsync too in case I ever go back to team green.
Garbage. This monitor only lasted a day staying as a blank black screen when I tried to connected the HDMI to my Mac Mini.I knew it was too good to be true that I could find a 300z monitor at a decent price on Black Friday…
It seems to have some conflict with Windows 11. It would reboot whenever I woke it up from sleep. The backlight is not uniformly lit.. The bottom seems darker than the top.Otherwise, it's a very good monitor with very clear and crisp letters and also very good video playback and streaming services. The resolution is very good and the sound quality is OK for a monitor. The overall quality is good, but I wouldn't say great. It's an overall good value at 350.
This monitor has a pretty nice overall build quality, and the stand is solid—though a bit stiff—but the whole unit is quite lightweight. The USB ports are a great addition, but the speakers are terrible; they sound like a Nokia phone from the early 2000s. The brightness uniformity is also not very good.Overall, if it were priced at $199, I’d consider it a great deal. But $266 on Black Friday? That’s definitely not a very budget-friendly choice.
I got this LG UltraGear 27" monitor to use with my sub-standard gaming PC. Everything about my gaming PC is garbage, so it took me quite a while to get the monitor to work with it. I had to use the HDMI cable that came with the monitor because the cable I was using for my other monitor resulted in "No Signal" on this UltraGear. Once I got past that, I had to fiddle with my computer settings quite a bit, and ended up going with 1920x1080 60Hz to make everything work smoothly. I imagine better PC's and video cards can use the max settings. The monitor also worked perfectly with my Chromebook with no fiddling needed. Anyway, the picture looks great, no dead pixels, and I have yet to experiment with the USB-C port on the monitor. I *love* the monitor stand raise/lower and swivel! The cord keeper for the stand is a nice-to-have feature, too. I think the only con for this monitor in my situation is that the depth of the base is more than all of my monitor risers, so it hangs off a bit. Regardless, 5 stars for this beauty.
After returning 2 low quality Monitors from ACER and KTC; I finally got smart and got this LG monitor. Why is LG better?-High Build Quality - (No nasty plastic gases; the power cable fits snug.)-The Image clarity - (This monitor looks sharper than the ACER and KTC I returned.)-The IPS Light Bleed is usually the best on LG and Dell Monitors. (No Complaints on my unit.)-G-Sync is Native and it also has Freesync Premium.-The monitor controls are the best on LG. (1 Bottom Middle Joystick button.)-$266 - A GREAT Price for an Hdmi 2.1 Monitor; and from a great company.Thank God companies like LG exist. They didn't cut corners and they aren't bs'n you with your purchase.
Rich colors, dark blacks and 180 hz. Good price on sale. Love it!
Initial thoughts — great monitor for the price. I got this on sale for $266, but if it was full price, I may have looked at a different monitor or an OLED!It is a major upgrade from my 5 year old Samsung Odyssey 24” monitor (144hz, 1080p). I’m not utilizing the full 300hz refresh rate that this monitor allows as I’m bottlenecked by my GPU (3060ti), but still consistently getting around 200Hz at 1440p.Games look crisp and smooth and the colors look great too. The base is solid and thin, which allows me to put my desk mat over it. I also love that the stand allows me to adjust the monitor to exactly my needs (height, angle, etc.).Super happy with this purchase and hope it will hold me over until OLED monitors get a little less expensive! Will hopefully come back to update in the future!
