08-03-2026We had a HP for a few years and nothing but trouble. We went back to a Dell and it’s working great without any problems. This is a reconditioned system and works better than a new HP.

08-03-2026This is a good computer that has only been in limited use for two months. Rating of three stars is based on the limited number of USB ports (strongly recommend you have a multi port unit to plug into it), it came with no literature or instructions, and oddly there is a cord that originates out of the base and has a male USB plug at the end -- no idea why it is there and what it is supposed to be attached to it. Attempts to get information about the cord from Dell all failed. Also, the computer does not have a camera, and my Logitech camera barely hangs on due to the width of the screen.

08-03-2026I would like to replace this item with something newer because I didn’t know this computer was old as it is made in 1993 and it has scratches on it. It works fine so far but I’m not satisfied with it because it’s old and it doesn’t have a camera on it. I would like to get a refund or an exchange for a newer computer and I’m willing to pay extra for it a new computer you can use this computer as a deduction off of the new one as far as the price is concerned. also, they are scratches on the front and back of the computer stand and the screen of the computer was not protected with plastic and it was dusty when I got it like I said I would like a refund or a exchange for a new computer thank you.
