08-03-2026Vibration is rough and very noisy when using the exercise bans. Sturdy, I was able to balance myself very well. However, very difficult to use without a remote. My remote didn't work so I had to start up the vibration plate before getting on. And yes I had batteries in the remote and yes they were in correctly. But once on it, it was good. The size of the plate fit me perfectly, with no room to spare. I ware a size 9.5 in women shoes and a 7 in men's. I truly enjoyed how I felt afterwards, ready for the day.
