08-03-2026I posted an earlier review and now it is being downgraded due to dissatisfaction. The thing is a fan, an overpriced fan. The "cooling" aspect of it stopped working properly within a week. Customer service is unavailable. It doesn't mist properly, and the manufacturer has no option to order more wicks. Just more disposable garbage. Very dissapointing.
