This push up board is of excellent quality and is especially helpful for beginners like me! It is color coded so I know exactly which muscle is targeted in every hand position and the print is right on the board! It also comes with a draw string bag and will be great to take while out on a trip or vacation.It is made of hard plastic and feels very sturdy. It opens and folds very easily so it's really fast and easy to take out and put away. The handle is very easy to switch out as well from one spot to another. It also stays put because it comes with rubber feet. This is a great push up board to have and also will be great as a gift to those who want to start or love to workout!
So I did get this as part of the Vine program.However, this with all the stuff I get I get it because I actually need this. I Travel a lot, and I also have had surgery on both my shoulders, so I have been using bands forever.This unit is super easy to Assembly because there is no assembly. Its great it comes folded in half and fits very well in the box.It has a very nice bag for Travel and Storage and a set of decent exercise recommendations.Now all that is great, but what I actually really loved because its what I cared about isa) the design: Can I turn the handles at an angle because I have too to do pushups. Yes!!! omg this things design is fantastic. It has a ton of easy-to-use variations of wide, close, diagonal push, pull, curl exercises.Look you do not need weight to make you get into shape and for folks like me who have had many surgeries, recovery as well as build my muscle strength back is equally important.b) comfort: can I put the handles into positions that fit the width and form I need for my recovery and strength building? Yes! you can see in the video it's the position I am using right now and whether I do straight pushups or on my knees it's the form I have to use and its perfect for that1. It's incredible flexible and effective at giving me options for different ways to exercise and I need that because I can only do so much with my bands before I am looking for something else2. I cannot use actual weights, so the dr approved the "weight" of this device for doing curls and over the head pushes. So, for me it meets more criteria that I can do with my bands.3. Its form factor is great and its extremely sturdy4. I literally have it on a slick floor and it's not moving at all. I didn't even put the rubber grips on yet and just with my body weight it stays stationary. Now I will put the rubber buttons on, but I needed to verify I could use this no matter what.5. While I didn't record this part, I used it in the carpet and of course it performed perfectly and was still balanced as I was doing low impact push upsThis is sincerely the first workout equipment beyond my bands that I am excited to be able to use because I am finally at a point in my recovery that I can, and because I was ok'd to use this, I cannot give it enough praise for me, it's an easy 5 stars because it will travel easily with me without bulking up my suitcase massively or weighing it down.Solid solid solid. Heck I was trying to use dumbbells at angles to do what this thing does with a simple placement of the handles which sit firmly in place and do not move once in. I would recommend that you hold it down while you pull them out as they can be a little snug which is better than loose.Super glad I got it for real, I recommend it to everyone.

About 2 years ago I decided to get back into shape and began exercising on a regular basis, something I hadn't done in decades.At first I joined a gym. I loved it - easy access to whatever equipment I wanted to use, a sauna and a pool - it was great...for the first year or so. But as anyone who has belonged to a gym knows, there are always drawbacks. The biggest one for me was convenience. Depending on traffic, it was a 10-15 minute drive from my house, so some mornings/nights I just didn't see how to fit it into my schedule with work and family. But I had made so much progress that I didn't want to quit working out, I just wanted to make it more convenient.So I began putting together a very basic home gym - weights, exercise bike, etc. I ran outside and did lots of situps and pushups. Honestly, it's pretty perfect.So why would I need a pushup board when you can just plant your hands on the ground for free? My issue with pushups is always wondering if I'm putting my hands in the right positions. And what happens if I use different positions ? The Jloibao Push Up Board answers all of these questions. With color coded areas of the board, you can target different muscle groups easily. And because the handles plug into set positions on the board, you always know you're doing it correctly.Also, it's lightweight, foldable and comes with a convenient travel case, so it's great if you want to have a small piece of equipment to get simple upper body workouts in while traveling or on business trips.I was wary at first of the lightweight plastic that it's made out of, but I've used it a dozen times now and it holds up very well with no signs of breaking. Plus, the included rubber feet make it pretty slip resistant, and I've had no issue with it moving around while using it.We'll see how effective it is over the next few months, but I've already come up with a weekly routing utilizing the different board positions. Overall I'm very excited to add this to my modest home gym.
