08-03-2026I chose this black bow tie with blue flowers since it's a versatile combination that goes with either black or blue jackets. It's quite elegant looking and is fairly priced for a tie made from polyester fabric. My only gripe is the way it latches around my neck. The single hook system is a pain to use. It takes me far too long to put on and take off since it easily gets stuck on the neck strap material. The standard hook and eye latch hardware used on all my other pre-tied bow ties is a much better mechanism, especially if you do not have someone to help you.
