08-03-2026I have been into various Peacoats lately, so when I was offered one to review, I jumped on it. It did not come in my preferred size, 3xl, but I figured I would check out the 2xl to see how it fit. I was surprised right away by a couple things. It came very quickly. I am currently waiting on another that has taken nearly a month to receive. The next thing that absolutely blew my mind about this coat was the quality. The fabric on the outside is thick, and dense yet soft, like a micro fiber of some kind, or a velvet. It comes with the standard 4 pockets which I can describe as enough. They will fit your keys, a phone. Possibly even something a little bigger like a switch lite. How about that, my switch light fits perfectly in the breast pocket in with its slim style case. You would expect a black coat to have black buttons. Instead the buttons are black with brownish orange highlights really making it pop visually. I have to say SMOTHRON might be my new company when it comes to Peacoats. Not just would buy from them, they get my highest rating of satisfaction of will buy from them.
