Ordered and it was completely detached from the body you couldn't see the gold colored part. Notified Amazon got a replacement the next day. Very nice

bought this on a whim, not expecting much, but it’s genuinely relaxing. The warmth and red light combo feels soothing, and my jawline and neck actually feel less tense after using it. The build quality is better than I thought — solid and not plasticky. Battery life could be longer, but I use it a few minutes each night and it’s fine.

This tool with some hyaluronic and/or retinol cream works wonders. Its warmth and vibration gives you a soothing relaxing feeling. I would definitely recommend this not just for beauty tips but for lympathic drainage and to wake up your face.

Was very excited to try this product. Have not seen such a thing before. It is very pretty. I took it out the box and charged it up. After waiting an hour or so I decided to give it a try. The buttons took me a moment to understand but it is easy to figure out. I LOVE the heat button. Oh my goodness. The warmth feels so nice on your skin. I really liked rubbing it on the forehead and around the eye area. It is a perfect size and extremely easy to hold and to stay gripped. I am hoping that it helps with the forehead wrinkles so we shall see. I love that the red light is suppose to help with my skins vitality. The vibration is nice, I preferred the warmth though. I plan on making this part of my evening winddown routine. After a nice hot shower I'm going to continue to apply my face serum and then use this. Very excited to see it after a couple months. If any big changes I will come back and update here! For the price point and what it is SUPPOSE to do for you, I think the value is good. Hoping for the best

This is like a spa day in the palm of your hands! The gua sha tool feels great and the device is very high quality and durable. It's a bit larger than I was expecting, but that's not a bad thing. It is still compact and easily packable. The design is good allowing it to do everything a gua sha should, but it has the added bonus of various heat levels and even a red light therapy addition! The packaging is also top notch, so this would make for a great gift to someone!
