08-03-2026So far so good. Other than there's no owner's manual and the company still has not responded to my request, the unit is great. Very easy set up. It hooked itself up to my Internet. I just entered the password. Keyboard and mousepad setup is great. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product and I highly recommend it. If anything changes I'll amend my review.

08-03-2026The laptop freezes up and won't let me make any actions.After shutting down the system frequently starts in boot mode instead of starting from the operating system of Windows.The battery doesn't last long until it needs a charge again.

08-03-2026I have only had this laptop for a few days but I am impressed. It started right up.out of the box, instantly connected to my internet and had all of my "favorites" ready and waiting. It is super quiet too and it doesn't seem like it is on because of the lack of fan noise. For the money its a winner!
