This was really different and I liked it. I have frizzy hair and when I got this product I was worried by how small it is. It's pretty much the size of a lip gloss tube but with a mascara brush. So I applied it to my fly-aways and it was tame! Wow! I thought that was really nice. The product itself doesn't have a strong scent but it did the job right away without being greasy too. I would order again.
This smells odd- it reminds me of the way nail glue smells which is not pleasant. I get zero citrus at all. I’m also a bit put off my the fact that the brand name on the packaging and in the listing are different. The listing says “hudababy” while mine says “Hoegoa”I also am not sure how this product actually works if you manage to get any on your hair because I can’t get any on the wand. Even if I try to move the wand around to get product on it, I’m not successful. This one is a big dud for me.
It's more of a brush-on leave in frizz tamer than anything. I do like the brush-on idea; it's great for small spots and works well for me because my hair is so fine and fragile that anything weighs it down.I didn't really find the product itself was anything more than other frizz-taming products I use, though I have to give it more than a neutral three stars because of the clever wand, which I really like.Since I don't have to use a lot to tame a few fly-aways, it doesn't make my hair look oily. I can't say if it would or not if I had to use a lot of it, so I can't speak to heavy use but it works well for me.
This styling cream is easy to use and helps smooth frizz and flyaways without making my hair greasy. I think the built-in brush makes it convenient to apply. It gives my hair a neat, polished look in seconds. The texture feels light and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. I have long, thick hair, and it worked well for keeping it smooth and adding a little shine. I think the citrus scent is fresh but not strong. It’s small enough to keep in my purse for touch-ups during the day. Overall, I think this is a good value for a product that keeps my thick hair smooth and manageable.
On the one hand, this styling cream isn't terrible. It comes with a little applicator wand that resembles a mascara wand, which makes applying it to flyaways pretty easy. On the other hand, I have to echo the reviewer who was put off by the smell, and the fact that the brand name on the item doesn't match the brand name in the product title on the listing. The brand name is edited out in the product photos, leaving that area blank, but the tube says "Hoagoa". It's odd, and feels deliberately misleading, which makes me hesitant to use it.
The product I received, Hoegoa, was not consistent with the listing, HUDABABY. The applicator looked like a mascara-style brush, but when I tried to use it, there was no product on it at all. After several attempts, I still couldn’t get any usable amount out, so the item was essentially nonfunctional. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me and I cannot recommend it.
