I’m really happy with this vibration plate. It’s easy to use, stable, and has plenty of intensity options for different workouts. The remote works well, and the resistance bands add extra variety. I love how compact it is while still feeling strong and durable. It’s been a great addition to my home routine, especially for quick daily sessions. Definitely worth it!

As someone who struggles with chronic joint pain especially in my knees & hips I was nervous to try a vibration machine. But this platform has truly exceeded my expectations. The low impact vibrations are surprisingly soothing, and I can feel my muscles engaging and my legs warming up from good circulation without putting stress on my joints.Ive started with just 10-minute sessions a few times a week, its been 1 week but I’ve noticed slight improved in circulation and less stiffness in the mornings. The adjustable intensity levels are great I can keep it gentle on flare-up days and ramp it up when I feel stronger. The remote control is a nice touch, especially when I don’t want to bend down. The suction cups work great on a solid surface however I use mine on my gym mat and it’s stable as well.It’s compact, quiet, and easy to store. I pair it with light stretching or band movements, and it feels like a full-body workout without the pain. If you’re dealing with arthritis, joint inflammation, or recovering from injury, this machine offers a safe and effective way to stay active.

Light enough to move around easily, sturdy even for myself and I'm a heavier set man, and easy to store. It's not too loud when using.

I bought this after reading some articles online that these Vibration Plates are beneficial if you have Osteoporosis. I am not the most coordinated person so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Surprisingly I had no difficulty standing on this at all. Just beware that when you push the power button on the remote to stop this (as you can see on my video) it doesn't instantly stop, it gradually slows down which is nice because it is not like slamming on the brakes. Another thing I like about this one is that I can pick it up and move it, when checking the different ones available online, some are quite heavy which I guess if you have a permanent spot for it, that would be OK, but I want to move this to different rooms so this was a good choice for me.

Small to cligt under bed, but very strong setting if needed, works really well, great value for price( start slow)What was interesting to me was, I was chilly when I started, only few mind got hot, it's perfect for me, I get cold so easy

I’m really impressed with this shake plate. The build quality feels solid, the vibration is smooth and consistent, and the controls are straightforward. It doesn’t rattle or drift at higher speeds like some cheaper ones do — it stays put and feels reliable.The motor is surprisingly strong for the size, and the variability in speed actually matters (not just “faster/slower,” but real step differences you can feel in use). I’ve been able to dial in exactly the intensity I want depending on what I’m working with.

I wasn't even going to give it a star rating. I received the plate and plugged it in but the connection to the actual plate is flimsy, and it won't turn on. I'm very disappointed. Do not waste your money.
