I wasn’t expecting to be this excited about a pair of mittens—but these quickly became one of my favorite cold-weather finds. The moment I put them on, I could feel the difference in quality. The cable-knit exterior looks stylish and feels substantial, while the fleece lining inside is unbelievably soft and warm—like slipping your hands into a cozy blanket. I really appreciate the convertible design too; being able to flip the mitten top back to free my fingers (and even my thumbs!) is so convenient for using my phone, handling keys, or doing quick tasks without taking the whole thing off.The silicone palm grip is a thoughtful touch that makes them practical for driving or carrying things without slipping. The button-and-loop system that holds the flap back is smart, though the loop is a bit tight at first and could be improved with a stretchier material or stronger stitching. That said, it’s a small issue in an otherwise well-designed pair of mittens. These keep my hands warm even in near-freezing temperatures, and they look great with everything from casual coats to heavier jackets. They’re cozy, functional, and versatile—perfect for daily use in cold weather. They’re warm, stylish, and incredibly practical.
My hands get cold, and gloves don't help me as much as they do others. I need my fingers to be in contact so they can keep each other warm. So I'm a mitten-wearer.But sometimes you want to use a finger to do something, like touch a phone screen, or change a radio station, or pick a nose... just kidding! With these, my hands get the warmth of mittens, and in less than a second I can have any number of fingers on either hand available to do something. When it's done, I can have them back in the mittens just as quickly. Marvelous!Actually, for using a screen, you can pop the tip of a thumb out by itself, so you don't have to freeze four fingers to use just one.The linings make them super warm and comfortable. The cable stitching makes them more attractive than a lot of mittens. And while mittens can be slippery when driving, because of the silicone palms, these aren't.These are now my default mittens. They live in my default jacket, so when I head out the door, I don't ever end up with cold hands. The only thing that could make them nicer would be if they were made of merino wool, instead of synthetic fibers.
Very soft warm and a good fit
These women’s convertible mittens are both warm and comfortable, with thoughtful upgrades like silicone palm grips and the ability to use your fingers while staying cozy. I love the stylish design and traditional look — it’s an elegant choice for anyone who appreciates classic mittens with a modern twist. The thick cable-knit construction has a charming fisherman-sweater vibe, and the creamy neutral color pairs well with a wide range of outfits. The size and fit are perfect for my slender hands and I find the material to be quite durable. They’re practical, stylish, and perfect for keeping hands warm without sacrificing fashion.
I absolutely *love* these mittens! They have a lovely combination of characteristics that is near perfect IMHO. The inside of the mittens is this buttery soft material that feels so good on your skin--It's quite luxurious! The outer portion is a stronger material in an oatmeal color that won't show dirt like a lighter fabric. The palm has some kind of material sewn into it that feels like suede to the touch but isn't. This is for maintaining your grip when you grab onto something! Nice touch! Now the best part--the convertible fingers lol. The part of the mitten where your fingers are simply folds back so you don't have to take the product all the way off just to put it all the way back on again. There is also a small slit where your thumb is so it can "convert" too. At the very top of the mitten is a small loop that attaches to a button on the mitten so you can keep them in a folded back position until you are ready to put it back in place. I am only giving four stars because I ran into a small problem here--one of the loops to attach to the button was so small that I couldn't get it to button, and after almost forcing it one of the threads came loose, but I can be help at least partially responsible for that. This could probably be fixed by just widening the loop with a pencil or something as to not damage the mittens, so keep this in mind. Overall I think these are well thought out and are great quality! I think they are a winner and I would buy them again!
This mitten set is absolutely brilliant! So, I'm from Texas, born and raised. Then spent 4 years in Vegas. (Desert!) Before landing in Colorado, where I'll spend the rest of my life, most likely. All that to say, I never ever had need for mittens before! Never. Not a day in my life. Hardly ever even needed a thin set of gloves but would usually get a pair of Naturalizers for Christmas so I could drive better when it was "cold". But nice, thick mittens? Never. So that being said, I can't tell you how excited I was to get these! So excited. Pitiful. Like a little kid about to go make a snowman. (From a wheelchair!). But I don't think I'd have been as excited about just any old pair of mittens. This pair is SO cool! Like, you can make them into little convertibles, all you have to do is flip the finger covers backwards and you have full use of your fingers!? How cool is that? And they're SO so warm. The really first day of winter cold weather hit today, the very day that came. I thought, "How Convenient!!!" So I slapped those suckers on and rolled outside to play in the cold! Then flipped those tops back to play in my phone!! Then flipped them back! So fun. And so warm. They're lined with what appears to be the softest fleece you ever felt in your life. At least I think so. That's my betBottom line: I'd highly recommend this set of mittens. Couldn't possibly recommend them any higher!!! Snatch you up a pair before they run right on out because it's only your fault if your stuck with cold❄️ icecube fingers all winter!
