08-03-2026So I play roller derby so I’m always on the lookout for good deals on gear. I was intrigued by these so I picked some up. They seem to be pretty good quality. They would definitely be great for a skateboarder. I’d say they would be a good beginning set for anyone joining roller derby, but I wonder how long the knee pads wouldEnd up lasting for someone playing derby. They won’t fall apart quickly though I can tell you that much. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good value on a beginning set of skate gear

08-03-2026When I was a kid we did bike stunts, skateboards, and other activities, without any protection, at levels that nowadays would be frowned on. I wouldn't change it for me, but thinking back on all the injuries I experienced, I am happy for my kids to have pads on even when slowly riding down the block.These are durable with a quality construction. They fit well, adjustable for different sizes, and cover the wrists/palms, elbows, and knees. Put them together with a helmet and wipeouts become much less daunting.Decent price for quality protection, especially if the discount is still in effect on the product information page.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
