At my age, I guess I shouldn't expect miracles, but their pictures did get my hopes up. So far I'm not seeing much difference. I'll continue to use it and compare it to the before pictures I took of my eyes. The instructions are not particularly clear. They explain how it turns on and works just fine, but they don't tell you how to use it. When do you use the cold feature? When do you use the hot? Do you switch back and forth during the 6 minute run time? I have no idea! After reading the safety precautions, I almost ditched the whole thing. Be careful if you have fillings in your mouth, allergies, hypertension - really? Actually it works so quietly and with so little vibration that I can't imagine any of those things being issues. It does feel nice on my skin. I've used the cold in the morning to help with puffiness, and the hot at bedtime for relaxation. Hope springs eternal that it will eventually make a difference!

This massager works amazingly. The cold function helps to deflate immediately and the heat relaxes the area. Reduces dark circles, leaves the skin more luminous and is very comfortable to use. A perfect accessory for daily care.

It’s a good product for depuffing and blood circulation under the eyes.The only downside is that the silver rim (not the applicator but the ribbed silver part under it) it gets really really hot with the cooling mode.But with heat mode it doesn’t do that.. strange.Might keep, not sure yet but if you don’t mind that tiny issue then this is a good product for you!

I’m genuinely impressed with this eye wand. The hot and cold settings make such a difference depending on what my skin needs. The cold mode is amazing for morning puffiness it instantly wakes up my eyes and helps reduce any swelling. The warm mode feels soothing at night and really helps my serums absorb better.

I am in my 40's and unfortunately have been bearing the signs of wrinkles and sun spots for the last ten years due to my irresponsible sun exposure. I was one who would spend my free time as a teen going to the tanning bed, followed by immediately going to the pool or lake. I spent my 20's through my mid 30's at the lake before moving to FL, then spending most days in my pool, on our boat, or at the beach (often times all three in the same day). For those two decades, I unfortunately never wore any sunscreen whatsoever, only tanning oils. I didn't think of the damage I was causing to my skin. Thankfully, I was the complete opposite with my kids.I have deep forehead wrinkles and average crows feet. I have recently noticed I am getting wrinkles around my mouth too. I also have very dark circles and bags under my eyes that are mostly genetic. When I saw this product, I was very intrigued. I have tried mang different skincare devices over the last tens years. A couple have been more effective than others, but I am always up for trying something new. I have never seen something like this.I love the dual-temperature feature: a cold mode and a hot mode. Each mode has three temperature settings. The hot mode opens pores, allowing for quicker absorption of skin care products. The cold mode helps reduce puffiness and minimizes pores. It feels amazing under my eyes. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks so haven't noticed significant wrinkle dark circle reduction yet, but my skin does look healthier and feels better.The box includes the wand, user manual, and charging cable. Does NOT include a charging block. The wand is fairly lightweight and easy to use. It only took maybe two hours to fully charge.

I absolutely love this eye wand. The best oart is the hot/cold modes and put my moisturizer under my eyes and the puffiness goes away so great with this wand! Totally worth every penny!
