  • √ LED color-changing signal - With exclusive patented technology and vertical gravity sensing chip, our slip bobber have high sensitivity, accuracy and anti-interference ability, which only sends out LED color change signal when the fish bites the hook. Wind and water disturbances will not trigger color changes. The green light when it’s normal and the red light when bitten, very noticeable when used at night. No need for you to check the bobbers all the time.
  • √ All-day & all-night and long battery life - whether used during daylight hours or at night, it lets you easily detect every bite signal from fish. Never miss any bite when angling! With built-in CR-425 removable battery with up to 40–60 hours of battery life, vertical gravity sensing chip and LED control components, etc.The weight of a single fishing floats can be controlled at a minimum of 1.2 grams, the ultimate in functionality, the ultimate in lightness!
  • √ High-quality durable materials - The fishing bobber is made of super tough and high strength nano-composite carbon fiber material, resilient and durable. In addition, there are 2 waterproof gaskets installed at the battery installation interface, so you don't have to worry about water entering the interior.
  • √ Widely Application - Applicable to water depth from 3 meters to 6 meters in still water like wild still waters, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, etc.. Suitable for Striped Bass, White Bass, Walleye, Freshwater Drum, Northern Pike, Carp, and occasionally Silver Carp or Bighead Carp.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you do not plan to continue using the fishing float after using it once, please remove the battery and place it in a cool and dry place and keep it properly so that you can continue to use it next time. LED slip bobbers for fishing that fail due to battery depletion are not covered under warranty, and customers must purchase replacement batteries separately.

I got these bobbers for ice fishing because not only can you see the lighted bobbers well above the ice, the color changes to red when there is a bite. This is due to a microchip in the battery interface that detects vertical pull versus sideways forces. Attaching the line to the bobber is a bit frustrating and the directions took some time to understand, but after seeing how these bobbers work, it was less confusing. The most difficult part, which is not documented well in the instructions, is that you have to attach the rubber tube to the small black end of the bobber, and then attach the line to the other end of the attachment. Then to the line you have to attach the slip stops at the desired depth. These bobbers were a bit pricey, but if they do get 60 hours of battery life, they may be acceptable. I haven’t tried these yet, but hoping for the best.

This bobber is super bright and easy to use. It comes in a nice plastic case to protect it from breaking. It assembles quickly and turning it on is as easy as twisting it together. When you're finished just turn the battery around. It functions perfectly. The battery lasts a really long time as well. I've used it twice so far and with it being a LED it won't kill a battery fast. If you do any type of night fishing, you will get plenty of bang for your buck. I have even used it catfishing.

Gotta say that I like these very much. They are very bright and seem to be made of good quality materials. Battery life is decent, but depending on the amount of nigh time fishing you do, I would definitely recommend keeping some spares in your tackle box (in a waterproof container of course. It's an odd battery (CR425) but you can get packs of a dozen or more on Amazon. As far as functionality, they work great! I love that it changes color when you get a bite! That is just awesome in my book. Don't be fooled either, you can use these in the daytime as well and they work like any other bobber. Overall, I think these are a great value for the money and I just might get some more to make sure I always have some on hand!

This is the 24.7 inch model tested, which does perform differently than the 19.7inch. Even though the buoys are the same the extended length on this helps keep it more upright and stable. Daytime, visibility, and pick up with easy and approximately 25 feet night visibility Was confirmed at the nearly 100 yardmax with a new battery. I personally would not use these during the daytime just because the coolest factor at night having a LED Bob but a lot of people use these to each other around. Craftsmanship is perfect on these. They are beautifully painted And each one looks like a work of art. The batteries produce a glow last night and these floats easily are five stars.

I'm attempting to go a little deeper than typical with this review. European fishing techniques have specialized around certain finesse styles of presentations - float fishing being one of those, so I was especially interested in these lighted floats when I saw them become available. The three deep-water options are similar and I'm hoping that a comparison review will be found useful. With that in mind - this review is intended to cover three models of Sovietiep floats (Kosopabul) and the comparison of them. The three models are the BS-008, BS-005 and BS-002. All pictures have the floats sequenced in that order from left to right, for reference.Starting with similarities in functionality: all three have o-ring sealed battery compartments that appear to be (and have demonstrated in testing to be) watertight / waterproof. All three integrate lighted stems that are bright and visible from a distance, and include color changing technology that changes the color of the stem when the float moves vertically (to signal a bite). Lateral movement does not cause the float lights to change colors - but I've yet to have the opportunity to test these in a swell. I suspect larger wave movement will cause the lights to change color, but in those conditions bite detection should probably rely on monitoring the visibility of the stem - which are large and visible. Each float includes a nice protective case and a CR425 battery. They are all delightfully bright when powered-up. The tail of each float is made from a carbon fiber composite and are resistant to breakage (important in my mind, as these floats are not cheap - they are positioned as a premium product for premium features).Key differences: The first difference is that the BS-008 and BS-005 are designed to balance with an 8 gram (1/4oz) payload. The BS-002 is designed to balance with a 4.16 gram payload (between 1/8th and 3/16th oz). This means that the BS-002 will be better suited to shallower presentations with less current and/or more finesse required, whereas the BS-005 and BS-008 will be better for deeper water and/or larger presentations. The second key difference is in the overall length of the floats and the size of the stems. BS-008 is the smallest of the floats at 31cm / 12".BS-005 is 63cm / almost 25" total lengthBS-002 is 49cm / 19 1/4" total lengthBS-008 should be the most "castable" of the floats, where BS-005 will be the moderately more stable in similar conditions due to the long "tail" stem and thinner upper stem. BS-002 is going to be similar to BS-005, but better for lighter presentations. The shapes of the buoyant part of the floats are also key differences. BS-008 and BS-005 have a longer taper to the bottom of the float, which is designed to make them more sensitive in still water scenarios. BS-002 has a rounder taper, which is designed to add stability in moderate current (ideally suited for reservoirs and slow-flowing sections of streams/rivers).The longer stems of BS-005 and BS-002 make them very appealing options for ice fishing, both day and night, as the stems are tall enough to offer fantastic visibility from a distance, even with moderate snow on the ice. The color-changing LED bite indication should be fantastic in the ice-hole context and covering the 1/8th oz to 1/4 oz weight range is ideal for panfish, trout, bass and walleye applications.Overall - these floats are well engineered and offer unique attributes that make them attractive options to add to to the quiver of fishermen who fish live or dead baits at night, ice fish, or are looking for a way to get a competitive edge on their finesse presentations.

These light-up fishing bobbers work very well and are very sensitive to fish strikes. The long rod really moves around when the weighted line gets pulled, so even a moderate current will get the light swinging back and forth. This is a pro, and a con, at the same time. It means that the utility of this device is limited to mostly still waters. Any sort of under surface turbulence is likely to give you a false positive, but for a slow moving river, lake, or pond, it works great. The only complaint I had for it is the funky battery that the bobber takes, and I've never seen one like it at any store, so I suppose I'll have to track one down here on Amazon when it finally goes dark. Not worth taking a star, because the device is very skinny and they needed an equally skinny battery to make it work. Novel, effective, built with quality, for a fair price, makes for a five star item.Five Star Unique Light Up Fishing Bobber
