08-03-2026Interesting product with many uses, I bought it for the lymphatic benefits and it works well for me. It comes with 2 exercise bands that can be used while vibrating (see pictures as to where they clip onto the product underside clips that need to be swiveled out to attach). The user manual is less than stellar with no sample exercises for the bands and not talking about working your way up to the 10 minutes of use. Overall a good product but could be even better with an improvement in the user manual

This vibration platform allows me to do low-impact workouts, improving blood circulation and strengthening my legs without any pain. 08-03-2026It was a little weird feeling at first, but then you get used to it. The Vibration Plate seems to work very well with "Good Vibrations." I felt like I got a good work out after 10 minutes on it. The weight of it is adequate to be stable and sturdy but not to heavy to carry around. I used it on a second story of a house and asked those on the first story whether they heard or notice anything and they did not. The machine operated without bothering anyone else. Please note the remote control requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included. The only complaint I would have is that, at least on mine, the battery compartment for the remote control was really hard to open; I ended up having to use a flat head screw driver to force it open. I think this will be fun to use and will help me with my weight issues; I am using the attachable arm straps to exercise my arms as well. Overall I think it is a good value and worth the purchase.
