On warmer days this fall, I've worn this top alone with baggy jeans and lug-soled oxfords and felt pretty sharp. Then when it started to get cooler, I layered this under a long black cardigan, threw on a pair of grey jeans and knee-high boots, and I was ready for anything.I wouldn't say this feels or looks anything like real silk satin; it's clearly polyester, but it doesn't look cheap or mass-produced. The swirly design almost looks hand-painted, like this is something you picked up at that one artist's stall at the farmer's market. One worry I often have with sleeveless tops is the arm holes: I find that often they are too large and give everyone a peek at my bra. But that's not an issue with this top, which fits true to size and even accommodates my larger-than-average bust without pulling.Overall, I'm pretty happy with this find: it's colorful without looking cheap, fits well without being boxy or revealing, and it layers up well for a modern, funky look.
