This is my first experience with Italian diapers which are much more like what we would call “pull-ups” in the United States. The big difference is the quality and the fact that this really is extremely well made and feels more like an absorbent diaper. The size 4 is a little bit bigger than the typical size 4 diaper in the US. My granddaughter is just in the early stages of considering using a potty so these diapers are a better choice than a pull-up to avoid accidents.
I received The Responsive Diaper Size 4 from Panolini as part of the Vine program, and after testing these overnights, I’m genuinely impressed with their performance and design.Fit & Comfort:The shapeshifting all-around waistband really does make a difference. My toddler moves nonstop, and these diapers flex and reshape throughout the day without sagging or leaving red marks. They pull on easily, and the fabric feels soft and comfortable—no stiffness or crinkly texture.Absorbency & Leak Protection:Although they look like pull-ups, these are not training pants. The absorbent core locks in moisture extremely well. We had zero leaks, even after a full night’s sleep, which is something only a few premium brands manage consistently. No more morning outfit changes or wet pajamas.Skin-Friendly Materials:The unscented, hypoallergenic construction is fantastic for sensitive skin. No fragrance, no lotions—just a soft, gentle material that caused no irritation at all.Easy Removal No Messy Surprises:One feature I really appreciate: the side panels tear cleanly when it’s time for a messy change. If your little one leaves you a “golden gift,” there’s no need to pull the diaper down like underwear and risk spreading the mess. Just rip the sides and remove it like a regular diaper. Simple, fast, and far less chaotic.Design & Quality:The Italian-inspired design adds a premium touch. It might be “just a diaper,” but it’s clear a lot of care went into the look and overall construction.Final Thoughts:Panolini created a truly premium pull-up diaper that excels in comfort, fit, leak protection, and ease of use. The only downside is availability, as it’s currently out of stock. I sincerely hope it returns soon, because we would try it again.Highly recommended for parents who want reliable performance with a touch of luxury.
This is definitely a premium diaper. it took a bit of getting used to to slip it over the baby. But you get the hang of it pretty quickly and the design so far seems to work quite well from keeping a leaks running out. I like the tear on the sides when it comes time to change to a new diaper. You do pay a bit more than your standard disposable diapers, but the quality is there.
Extremely soft and good fit. No leakage issues yet. Also like the attached tape so these can be rolled up and thrown away. They are so soft you would think they are cotton. If your baby had very sensitive skin I would give these a try.
I really liked the design of these panolini pull up diapers. They were soft and flexible, and moved with our daughter when she crawled. These were comfortable, didn’t leave marks and were a cute diaper overall. They were unisex, with no design on them. There was a small amount of leakage one night, however this happens with our other named brand diapers. These were a great price for the amount of diapers. The diapers are designed like depends, where you pull them up like pull ups or underwear, but you can tear them off by the side seams. It takes some getting used to in order to get them on without ripping the sides. I like this design better than the tabs. It’s sturdier and seems more comfortable around their waist. Especially once they are little movers.I would recommend these diapers based on the quality, comfort and functionality. They did not have any wet identifications, like other brands that a part of the diaper turns a different color. There are 36 diapers included. The bag notes they were made in Ecuador, but manufactured and distributed by a company from Miami. The brand has its own website if you want to research any additional information.
We had never tried Panolini diapers before, and now we’re absolutely obsessed! These Responsive pull ups in Size 4 are thick, comfortable, and perfect for our toddler who is about 24 pounds and almost 18 months old. They fit snug without being too tight, and the pull-up style makes changes super quick and easy—especially with an active little one! They hold up incredibly well, no leaks, and the material feels so soft and cushioned. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely be purchasing these again. Highly recommend!
I was really impressed with these diapers! The Italian design feels super premium, and the material is soft, flexible, and gentle on my baby’s skin. I love that they’re unscented and hypoallergenic—no irritation at all. The pull-up style is convenient and fits securely without digging in. We’ve had zero leaks, even overnight, and my little one stays dry for hours. Definitely worth trying if you want a high-quality, no-fuss diaper.
I’ve been trying these diapers for a couple of days and have been pleasantly surprised by how well they fit. They run very close to the sizing of other big name brands which made it easy to pick the right size. The waistband adjusts nicely as my baby moves which keeps everything snug without leaving marks. They feel soft and gentle which is great for sensitive skin.So far they have been completely leak proof even during long naps and busy days out. I like that they stay dry and don’t sag which makes them feel more reliable than I expected. The pull on design is simple to use and the unscented material gives me peace of mind. Overall they have been a solid choice and a nice blend of comfort, style, and performance.
