this was a no brainer. this item came fast and just in time for this evenings snow!i didnt have my snow boots prepared just yet as this evenings system caught me off guard.i had to use these cleats for my running shoes and you know what? aside from the fact that they got wet? i atleast didnt slip!id be totally scared stepping on anyone with these cuz man, they are quite pointy!going down our driveway, despite the snow, was a piece of cake. id be cautious with these however and they may accidentally scratch surfaces you didnt intend to damage. they are actual steel grippers so do bear that in mind.otherwise, they work as intended and definitely gives me a great sense of safety while traversing the snow covered ground.they were easy enough to put on and wasnt difficult at all to remove and tuck away. the strap i didnt bother using as they were already secured enough. however, in deeper snows, just incase, ill use em so to not lose these crampons while walking.

This review is for Nullyda Crampons Ice Cleats for Shoes and Boots, Silicone Stainless Steel Grippers with 10 Stainless Steel Spikes(November 2025/$21.99)Living in Northern Ohio, the real question is why I've never purchased these before! Winter is coming on hard here at my home on the water and given that I've gotten partial to outdoor walking, these are an absolute necessity. My boots are a size 10, and I ordered the large cleats [Fits US Women's Shoe Size 9-10.5 / US Men's Shoe Size 8-9.5] as I can say I think they fit very well. They also have the adjustable strap for a customized fit which is appreciated. They're relatively easy to get off and on, although there is a bit of a learning curve and I had to go back and look at the picture on Amazon to know which end is which because there are no instructions. They also feel just a bit weird when initially walking on them, which is understandable. If I go into a business while wearing them or someone's home for sure, I try to stay on protective rugs, because the cleats click clack on tile/ceramic and can scratch. They'll grip and snag rugs too though, so obviously if you're going to be in and stay in at a business or home, take them off or take your boots off altogether.

There is no ice or snow on the ground yet so extended testing will have to wait a month or two. I walked on regular soil in them, as a practice. This gave me a good idea of how they will handle in real conditions, since I used similar products many times. The spikes don't come with a way to strap them up to the boots securely, and that is a big problem. These will work fine for a short walk on an icy driveway, but during long trail hikes the snow and ice tends to get in between the tracks and the boots and accumulate there. The tracks will likely slip off after some time, with a good chance of you not noticing in time and losing them.Thew rubber part has attachment points on the front middle and back, but the provided strap is only enough to attach at one spot, which is not sufficient for a secure fit. Also, the straps are not of the best quality. The metal ring on them is made of a very thin flimsy wire.At $21.99, they cost more than most competition. Better straps should have been provided.

It works, but remember that you need to follow the size they say. I chose M for my smaller shoes (in brown), even if it is eu 41 size. It works. But for my bigger boots (in black) same size. Photos below. The crampons are very easy to install, takes maybe 30 seconds after figuring out the i itial setup lf the hook (the velcro hook was npt attached). I wish they would have included a small manual but it was easy to figure out necause I have used crampons before. Also, the back part is. Bit forward. So if you are a heel walker, which is not recommended anyway when walking on ice, just make sure you walk balanced.Overall, it works, just make sure you folloq the size for your shoe size.
