08-03-2026I used this during pregnancy for perineal massage along with the Frida Mom wand. It’s a very nice smooth and clean oil. Had no issues with it. I even brought it with me to the hospital and requested my doctor use it to massage my perineum before and during pushing. I had one tiny internal tear and only needed one stitch (so I basically felt no tearing). My doctor said this stuff was great and I should use it again for any subsequent pregnancies and births! You should get this and I love that it has clean, simple and organic ingredients! Moms should always know what they are putting in and on their body!

08-03-2026I always have a problem with maintaining self care so I appreciate that I can use a product for more than myself. Perfect oil for perineum care during pregnancy. Doesn’t burn or sting. I have very sensitive skin and have yet to have a reaction to any of this brands products. My LO’s all have sensitive skin as well and none have had reactions. Smells good as well.
