I'm using this to organize a lot of screws and other small parts. The individual cassettes are easy to configure with different size compartments with the included dividers. The cassette lids are held by two plastic snaps which hold very securely. Three large and two small cassettes are provided and are easily accessed by opening the cover. The main cover is easily opened, but not held with a separate snap, which I would have preferred. It does its job well, however. No handle, but there's a recess on top for picking it up. No handle to fall off or break. The only other small gripe is that the dividers for the compartments must be cut apart with a knife, they can't be broken off by hand. They do fit securely in the cassettes with rounded edges along the bottom to match the curve, and the edges of the dividers are flared for extra strength as they slide into their slots. I wish they had a locking feature to hold them down because if you accidentally pull one out while picking out the contents, you'll merge everything and have to clear it out and start over. The dividers are easily removed, even if accidentally. I suppose some glue or calk could be used to hold them in place. I definitely would recommend this.

We bought a fishing model 18 foot pontoon boat. The problem when you buy fishing models is they are nicer while you are actually fishing, but you lose storage. I had this ideal of drawers that slide out with a door that latches on the top to keep them from sliding out as your boat is moving. I used sticky back side Velcro which for right now is holding this on to the wall of our pontoon right behind where the driver sits. I wouldn't be surprised if I have to glue the Velcro on later once it gets hot. But overall this works perfect for fishing tackle for those who are on a fishing model pontoon boat of 18 feet or larger.

This is a replacement for one we had previously. We have had this for work for many years. it has lots of drawers and fits most things compact enough to take with you out of the office.

After looking at boating tackle lockers that run north of $150 i bought and installed one of these at a whole lot less. It fit nicely under my steering console and eliminated hauling around a bulky tackle box especially on day trips. I still have several large tackle boxes at home but I simply remove the trays I need and load them in the Plano. One small box holds regular terminal tackle like sinkers, snap swivels, hooks etc and the other a basic small tool kit with sharpening stone, grease, etc. The open face lower priced models would also be handy for storing varied boxes at home.The quality on my box was excellent with no cracks or holes. This box could also be inserted in any number of holes like a large glove box anywhere on a boat plus you can install four of them for the price of a three drawer "tackle locker".
