08-03-2026This mouth piece was super easy to trim and mold to fit my mouth and teeth perfectly.I am a teeth grinder when sleeping. Causing jaw discomfort and even waking with headaches. This mouth guard seems to help avoid teeth contact.

08-03-2026Arrived quickly with prime, inexpensive, easy to mold and comfortable in the mouth.Instructions are straight forward:30s in boiling hot water > mold into teeth > 5s hot water > insert back into mouth where teeth indentions are already made > place into cold water > finish!You can make adjustments by trimming off parts with scissors/razor easily.I bought two, molded both top and bottom, feels great, no gagging, etc.

08-03-2026Used for Muay Thai. It was hard to breathe with this mouth guard as it has no air channels. It is bulky and makes the top lip stick out. Due to the bulkiness, it rubbed on the inside of the top lip and made my mouth bleed. Can't talk or drink with it in. Only giving 2 stars because it seems like it does protect the teeth, and it was easy enough to mold (boil and bite).

08-03-2026Got this for the 13-year-old grandson who plays football. He did like it. He especially was happy because it was yellow and that’s part of his school colors, go Longhorns! It did take a little finagling to get it to fit as even though it’s a screamer, he does have a small mouth.

My complaint is that it seems too small/short for my 10 year old’s mouth. Hopefully it provides some protection, but I question its effectiveness when it’s so small.
