Sufix 660-220G 832 Braid 20 lb Low-Vis Green - 600 Yds
Sufix 832 Advanced Superline is the strongest, most durable small diameter braid on the market. R8 Precision Braiding and fiber technology provides superior strength, roundness and line consistency. Patent-pending construction of 8 fibers (7 Dyneema plus 1 Patent Pending GORE Performance Fiber) and 32 weaves (pics) per inch. Patent Pending GORE Performance Fibers improve abrasion resistance, increase casting distance and accuracy and reduce line vibration. Dyneema fibers provide high strength and sensitivity, hydrophobic water-repellent protection and small diameter.
It arrived a day late. It was just what we needed.
The suffix line filled my 360 and 260 penn slammers without any noticeable twists. Going fishing next week I’ll report back.
Great line at an awesome price
Great castability, no memory and amazingly thin. Spooled a couple of spinning reels for near shore and on the river use and have had no issues with its performance. Went fresh water bass fishing and itt does seem to lose its green color rather quickly (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) and as long as this doesn't affect its performance and strength it may be a non-issue. Time will tell.
Great tangle free line. Used this stuff for years and never had an issue.
I made the switch from mono to braid a while back and used this line to spool three Pflueger 35 reels. It's very strong and abrasion-resistant. However, you will need to learn how to tie some special knots to keep things together. I did notice that I have a higher incidence of wind knots but I think that they are caused by issues of maintaining tension on the line during retrieval.
absolutely great fishing line
BEST OF THE BEST!!! If you haven’t bought this product yet, you’ve never been fishing!Literally unbreakable. I’ve used Sufix 832 for years and years now. Occasionally, in the past, I’ve had a buddy or two talk me into buying braided line that was twice as expensive and was suppose to be the next big thing, but no, they were very very wrong as they themselves soon learned and went straight back to Sufix 832.Very versatile. Superb casting. Thin line. Strong line. Shreds vegetation. 99.999% rock and knife proof.I have the 20 pound on all largemouth bass rods, 30 and 50 on some saltwater rods and 80 pound on a shark rod. I caught a massive shopping cart with the 20 pound test, and literally brought it up about 30 feet onto a bridge straight line pull, didn’t break or even phase the line. Been my biggest catch on the 20 pound line so far. The 30 pound test, I’ve bent name brand hooks straight and turned them into toothpicks before ever breaking the line. The 50 pound test will manhandle a 5 foot Tarpon, just kick back and get your beach chair and margarita ready. The 80 pound test on the shark rod, well let’s just say it’s a good thing that Megalodons are extinct. I now use that line for my truck winch...semi truck winch...with the trailer attached...fully loaded with the Rock’s gym equipment.Stop using your grandma’s sewing kit thread and get this line right now! It’ll change your life forever!I am not a paid spokes person. However, I’d totally take a free spool for this totally awesome and 100% scientifically proven true review :)
