08-03-2026This is a "fantastic" work-out sand bag, with great utility. It can easily be carried any where in the world, by simply dumping sand and then re adding it. However, wish came in different sizes, such as 75-lbs and 100-lbs. Alas the "back-pack" attachment work but lack in both comfort and adjustment. I would not recommend trying to "walk-run" more than a mile with them. Furthermore, it needs a "hip-belt" especially if going be offered in heavier weight than 50-lbs! As is one should wear a "back-brace" of some type, if going to "hike' or run with the additional "shoulder straps!"Last complaint- must fully adhere to instructions in filling bag's with "sand" as will not fit inside tube if slightly overfilled, or too much air left in them!Bottom-line: Highly Recommend- But Could Utilize Some Modifications.

08-03-2026I bought them as replacement straps for my trombone case and they work great; however, the soft inserts inside the fabric tend to rotate the wrong way so they slowly get uncomfortable as you use them.
