These were chewy and raw.The company would not accept a return through Amazon, but when I contacted them directly, they were more than happy to refund my money. Although I'm not crazy about the product, the company did everything they could do to make it right.Thank you

08-03-2026These are just average and doing a light roast does not improve the taste or moisture content of the nuts. Flavor is very neutral and is lacking something IMO. I will not be buying again!

08-03-2026I used these raw cashews in making a plant based cheese and it turned out extremely well. It turns out that raw cashews don’t usually need to be soaked prior using in most cases, as long as you have a fairly robust blender. (I use a Brevelle.) It isn’t always easy to find raw, unsalted cashews in stores around here so I was glad to see them available on Amazon. These taste great and are nicely packaged. The cheese I made with them was from a recipe for Sliceable Cashew Cheese from the lovingitvegan website. It was the best non-dairy cheese I’ve tasted. I’m posting a photo of the finished “cheese” so you can see how nice it turned out. (I purchased the agar powder from Amazon too.)

08-03-2026I just started ordering all my nuts from Amazon, by this brand specifically. These cashews are as advertised: Halves and pieces. There are very few whole. I also order brazil nuts from this brand. So far, the batches have been good and fresh! No complaints.
