I bought these booties to use when entering my grow room area. I have had trouble in the past with spider mites and other pests that can tend to get in by hitching a ride on shoes, pants legs, socks, etc. So now I keep these outside the door and slip them on before entering. I normally wear slippers around the house but I prefer to take them off and put these on over my socks. While they might fit my big size 12 feet with shoes on, it's much easier to slip them on over socked feet - which is real easy to do.They appear very well made too. I already ran a pair through a normal wash and dry cycle and they came through 100% fine. I don't see them needing to be washed very often but it appears they will hold up fine even after multiple washes.The water proof bottom was one of the main reasons I went with this style/brand since there tends to be a lot of spills and splashing in an indoor grow room. The floor of the grow room is vinyl so it can be a little slippery too when wet, but the non-skid padding on the bottom provides for a decent grip whether wet or dry. And it keeps the water from soaking into my socks - well as long there is not too much and the bottom has not slipped to the side, which does happen when wearing them over socks. They were a tad pricey, but still worth it since they are reusable and can handle being washed. I can definitely recommend these for how I described using them or for any application were a reusable slip on shoe cover/booty is needed.

We purchased these booties to cover our shoes when we go out to the dog park on wet days or just when there is a lot of dew. They are perfect for that quick off and on. Love them, and several others have said that they plan to buy them after seeing ours.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Large size wont fit over my size 11 running shoes.   They seem thin and cheap.  

What I was looking for was a way to cover a second set of shoes to keep them from soiling other items when carrying them in my carry-on suitcase. To maximize packing arrangements in the suitcase, I've found it more flexible to pack each shoe separately, NOT both together in a common bag. These shoe mittens looked like a great solution...and are!A key issue with these LINKEASE covers was getting the right size. My size 11 shoe soles range from 12 3/4" to 13" toe to heal. The manufacturer's chart shows that their Large size fits size 10 to size 12 shoes...but it doesn't really fit size 11. The sole on my received Large covers measured 12 1/2 inches, was nearly impossible to stretch over my size-11 shoes, and resulted in the sole seam in the wear zone under the sole.I quickly exchanged the Large size for their Extra-Large size, and all is well. They fit perfectly and work perfectly. My ExtraLarge size have a sole length of 13 3/4 inches and fit very well on my size 11 shoes.From a construction point-of-view, the mittens appear well made with a heavy nylon-looking upper fabric and heavier-fabric sole embossed with "rubber" dots to provide good traction. For my use, what was great was that the covers nearly cover my entire shoe, providing great protection in my suitcase, and they are very light weight...only 2.5 oz for the pair of Extra Large.Highly recommended for my use, and look very serviceable for protecting floors also.

Did the job, and I'm very happy with this purchase. I probably walked much more than the average post-surgery patient, because I didn't have help with errands or walking my dog. So there was a bit of tearing at the seams but that's to be expected after walking on concrete and around the supermarket. If it's raining, make sure to put a plastic bag on first, then the boot cover over to prevent the bag from tearing. It's been raining a lot lately so I put a paper towel inside the boot cover to help absorb water in between use. Otherwise you'll put your clean boot into a damp boot cover.

Our basement floor was sticky with old carpet square adhesive and we needed something to protect our shoes that would hold up to walking on the very sticky floor without falling off or falling apart. These are very sturdy and the toe area has held up to hours of kneeling to scrape and clean the floor. I am amazed how well these covers have performed and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Best purchase I've made in years. I usually don't get thrilled or share alot, but this is worth it. Extremely durable, I live in country and these endure cement, rocks, dirt, gravel, uneven terrain, wet and dirty floors and at the end of the day looked new. I'm impressed. I use these to wear over shoes I want to protect while trying to see if I am going to purchase or not, but they will be used to protect the shoes I own too. Going to get some for gifts as well.

Product says it’s for boots but I am an Australian 11 in a work boot and the extra large doesn’t even remotely fit. It would fit a small boot size 8 as a maximum. Though it would fit over normal shoes. But anything bigger than a paid of my vans and it’s a no!Product itself seems ok. But sizing isn’t as advertised.

As discribed and functional only thing x large is little to big for a us 9 boot but otherwise all good
