08-03-2026These are my go to now snack. I have tried most of the flavors and all are good. But the regular and Jalepeno cheddar are my favorites. Jalepeno isn't too spicy either. Give these a try if you haven't yet. US made by US small business. Priced well compared to other jerky sticks as well. And these are amazing. Hardest part is just eating one!

08-03-2026The flavor of the jalapeño is just the right amount of heat and you know it’s a jalapeño instead of just some random spicy flavor that’s only there to make it hot. They are decently sized too, I’d say about twice as big as your average jerky stick. They feel really solid too. As far as pice goes they are about the same as the other 1lb jerky sticks I usually buy but these are much better quality. This is a winner for me.

08-03-2026These a gooood deal. Very tasty, non greasy, I'm enjoying the sticks. Side note , all the sticks are in one package so when you open it you have a lot of loose sticks. I put mine in a freezer bag, and store it in the refrigerator and take out one at time. They have held up very well. Nice snack. Reminde,r these are Italian seasoned salami so the major favor you get is the seasoning not the meat itself.I really like jerky but its very pricey now and found these sticks to be of great value. My substitute.

08-03-2026Be careful… each sausage is a whole meal..!! They say “Italian” and they deliver on the flavor. I’m a jerky guy… but decades of product decline and sweeteners have driven me away from meat snacks, in general. So, I’m happy to announce this product put me back in the game. I took a chance, never heard of this product…it payed off.They taste fresh… perfectly seasoned and the texture is meaty… firm and still tender. If you are a purist like me and don’t know where to turn… look here.Like I mentioned earlier though… just one sausage is very filling.
