XINQIAO Beef Jerky Gun for Ground Meat, Plastic Jerky Cannon Comes with 4 Nozzles, 2 Brushes

I used to make jerkys with eye of round cuts, but those became expensive and too much of a "treat" while waiting for sales. So I switched to ground beef jerkys in between eye of round sales. Now I'm not sure if I want to go back to EOR jerkys. Ground beef jerkys are quicker to cook and tastier because you mix the rub with the meat. I'm a dry rub enthusiast over wet rub. So I got this gun to help make the strips. Out of the box, you need to clean the nozzles and tube. There's an oily film on them. I am only interested in the jerky nozzle so I can't speak for the others. I only use extra lean ground beef. The gun is easy to fill and easy to use to form strips of ground beef. I was surprised how smooth it worked. The easiest way I found to fill the tube is by pushing it into the ground beef and force the beef up the tube. I get minimal air pockets and don't need a plunger to pack the meat in the tube. So far it has survived the dishwasher just fine. The tube seems solid despite being plastic. I've done jerkys 3 times with it so far and I love it.

This jerky gun works really well. It works just as good if not better than the name brand higher priced ones. A very good deal for the money. Very simple and easy to clean.

Poor quality. Tried returning and it says it is not legible for returns. One of the attachement is de-formed

Bought this to stuff Manicotti. Works way better than struggling with a cookie press. I made one mistake by pulling the plunger rod too far out to clean, and the whole spring assembly came apart at the handle. The springs are so strong, it was very tough struggle to get it all back together again. If the little nut at the very end of the plunger was on the rod just a little farther, it probably would not have pulled off so easily. Great item! Well made.

Facile a utiliser et a nettoyer, les brosses fournies c’est un plus. La seule chose, c’est qu’un embout n’était pas rond alors les filets ne fonctionnaient pas. J’ai alors fais tremper dans l’eau chaude pour ramollir le plastique puis visser sur le tube. En refroidissant le tout a repris sa place. Bon produit, je recommande.

This product is very sturdy and very easy to use. It makes jerky so easily.The nozzle that screws to the tube was warped out of the box. I couldn’t return it unless I paid for the shipping. So I just have to muscle it on every time I go to use it.And maybe I’m just a germaphobe, but this is not the easiest to clean. They do provide different sized brushes to go with it, which was an added bonus.Overall, works great, and worth it if you’re going to make lots of jerky

This product honestly sucks. I don’t ever leave reviews. I am this time. I played with this gun for 45 minutes with no luck on how to use it or load it or anything. ZERO instructions besides “load it up and go” ummm that was not the case. The mechanics of it literally didn’t make sense. I am pissed.
