08-03-2026The tea is the cleanest tasting black tea that I’ve found. However, my last two deliveries of two cases were broken in shipment and never were delivered. So buying this from Amazon in the glass bottles is a huge mistake - they don’t label the boxes as breakable and drivers just throw them in the truck.

08-03-2026The tea is fantastic. I get these 2 cases at a time on auto ship but… there’s almost always at least one case damaged in transit. Also called them about the tops being hard to remove - they were very nice and sent me a couple of grippers and some coupons (nice gesture but not for same locally here hence why I’m buying them online). But since then the tops have gotten even worse and I just open them with channel lock pliers now.

08-03-2026I have never had a problem with a broken bottle & all the cases I have bought arrived in near perfect condition!!! I Absolutely LOVE this tea & the glass bottle it comes in! You can see & taste the quality, delicious!!! Just add 1/2 of a 12 oz. bottle of simple syrup per liter & it truly is incredible!!!
