I understand that the type of water I drink has an important impact in my health. Healsi has a high content of silica which is important since I have osteoporosis. I highly recommend this water. It also makes a beautiful addition when hosting a party or event. I am planning to use it for the upcoming holidays.

Did i buy them for that reason alone? yes! the water is fairly basic. i love testing different waters from around the world, sometimes you can taste it, but this wasn't one of those.the price is pretty high considering i get 24 bottles for the same price from other brands, but again, the bottles
