So we challenged ourselves to come up with the perfect mouth-puckering recipe as a tribute - we found that the thick-sliced, robust potato taste of our kettle cooked potato chips called for a bit more vinegar than a thinner chip might hold. The result is a tangy, salty, sour taste delivered with a full, hearty crunch that people crave.

08-03-2026I tasted these against, Lays kettle chips S&V and Boulder chips made with avocado oil, S&V. I’d have to put these last. They were good, no doubt, but not as much crunch as the boulder ones or the lays. These were also smaller and kinda flimsy. Not as much as plain lays but not as hard or thick as the other two chips. The other two chips were thicker & had more tastier vinegar flavor. The vinegar taste was there with the cape cod ones, but not as flavorful as the other two chips. I do wish I had ordered a smaller bag, but I’m glad I tried them. Would I get them again? For sure, in a smaller size. Are they the best ones I’ve ever had? No. I gave three stars based on how they stood up to the other two brands. They are worth trying.

The overall size of these light and crispy chips appears to be made from smaller potatoes, but we are buying by the weight of the package, and as long as the chips aren't crushed and taste as great as they do, who cares? lol They definitely meet the "you can't eat just one" old-time comments. Don't waste your time reading all these Great Reviews...just Buy Them and see for yourself! Highly Recommend!

The flavor is classic Cape Cod: clean, salty, and incredibly satisfying. What impressed me most is the signature crunch. You’d never guess these have less fat because the texture is still perfectly crisp and hearty.The big 14 oz bag is great for sharing (or not sharing!), and the chips taste fresh every time I open a new bag. If you’re looking for a lighter option without sacrificing flavor or crunch, these are absolutely perfect.Highly recommended—a guilt-friendly snack that doesn’t compromise on taste!
