fantastic quick deglaze or any pan cooked dish, coating vegetables for meat with wonderful shiny tasty finish, I use this or Kedem cooking marsala or white cooking wines to finish every dish. I keep this organic mirin always in the pantry, and it is not cheap corn syrup fake mirin. This has the best flavor. I only witsh it came it much larger bottles to reduce for butter sauce. great quality for the price.
