Quality
Very flavorful
Definitely an acquired taste. Not for everyone
Tender for jerky and the mix of beef and liver made it taste more meaty than too gamey, but it was too salty for me and gave me a weird mouthfield afterwards, felt like I had some film in my mouth afterwards
It’s a good tasting product and it’s not hard to chew like jerky. I just wish the sodium content was less, but I just take one or two. The recommended amount I believe is 4 to 5 but I’m on a low sodium diet. My daughter had first purchased them for me because I was anemic and then I have continued to buy them. They have a little zing to them, not too spicy just a little. I think that’s why I like them.
My new favorite snack. They taste great and are a healthy and good source of protein. I do wish they were a tad cheaper, as I would buy more often.
Satiated with less than a serving.More beef than liver ( sad )Researched the company and found out it is now owned by General Mills. So that and the price point insures only a buy on sale if at all in the future, and a serious distrust of current ingredients and fully expect ingredient changes going forward in the interest of profit not why people bought this" Epic " product in the past.
Liver is definitely an acquired taste and a lot of people struggle with it, myself included. I try to incorporate it into my diet because it's so nutritious, and this is definitely one of the tastiest and most convenient ways to do it. I wish Epic sold bigger bags, I'd buy bulk bags of this.
