Three ingredients are all it takes to create the Original Utz Potato Chips. Calling on our flavor tradition dating back to 1921, we thinly slice fresh potatoes, cook them in oil, and season with salt. These classic potato chips are crunchy and full of flavor, made right for every occasion. These portable snacks are individually wrapped in 1 oz., single serve sizes for ultimate convenience. They are ideal for restocking vending machines or storing them in the pantry for when the craving strikes - the possibilities are endless, and that makes Utz Regular Potato Chips your best snack yet! Enjoy these delicious, crunchy potato chips without the guilt. Not only are they kosher certified, but they are cooked without hydrogenated oils and are gluten, cholesterol and trans-fat free. With clean and simple ingredients, Utz uses a baking process that ensures that you get the freshest, crispiest crunch you crave! The Utz story began in Hanover, Pennsylvania, in a small-town kitchen. It was 1921. Bill and Salie Utz thought potato chips could be better. They believed potato chips should be made from clean, simple ingredients that should be minimally processed to bring out the natural flavor of farm-fresh potatoes. Over the next 100 years and more, we’ve added pretzels, cheese, popcorn, pork rinds and other delicious snack foods. Headquartered in Hanover, Pennsylvania and with fifteen manufacturing facilities conveniently located across the United States, the Utz Team works hard each day to honor Bill and Salie Utz’s legacy by bringing family crafted flavor in our world-class snacks. As a result, our snacks are crunchier, lighter, and fresher earning Utz smiles on the faces of generation after generation.
These are my favorite chips so I knew I was going to like them. The bags keep them fresh and tasty. Having a bunch of small go bags are excellent. Great value for the money. I think they came out to under 50 cents per oz, but my math could be off. Chips were excellent quality and not stale. Utz is the best.
It was great to have as a snack during block party.
I ordered these because they were recommended by Wirecutter at The New York Times. They have less sodium than Lay's Potato Classic Chips (140 mg vs 95 mg). They also taste more like potatoes, which I appreciate. The chips are packed well, with few broken. They're small-ish chips, and usually one in a bag has a dark spot (made from real potatoes!). The one-ounce bag is the perfect size for me.The only concern I have is that my first box had a best-by date of less than two weeks from when I received it. I'm hoping that was just a one-time thing. Potato chips (still in the original, unopened bag) are still safe to eat and usually still taste great for a while after their "best by" dates, so it's not a serious problem. But if you were buying a box before going on a camping trip, you might try to get that box to arrive shortly before you leave, instead of ordering it well in advance.
Very economical! Perfect portion size. Cant go wrong with Utz!
Fresh and not smashed or stale! My order of Utz crab chips are a gift for my food homesick partner. The approach to the holidays always bring on the missing of the childhood foods from the East coast for him.I was happy to find personal sized bags in a large order, even better that they arrived like they were just packaged, so they can at least last us a month or longer, if we can control ourselves.Absolutely fresh tasting and delicious. I will be doing a subscribe and save, along with ordering other flavors in the future. Happy they are gluten free for me to enjoy!
First tasted these in Maryland, and I have become addicted. the taste is very light probably with the cotton seed oil used. Im a big fan...
My son loves these and I've ordered them several times but the last time there were a lot of broken bags
Always my favorite barbecue chips. Just received a case of chips and they are horrible. Not one bit of bbq flavor on the chips. So disappointed and they’re not cheap to buy.

Zapp’s Chips has been delivering the flavor and spirit of Mardi Gras right to your door, complete with authentic Cajun seasonings and unique New Orleans style.
For over 40 years, we’ve given our chips maverick soul and we believe our process gives our kettle‐style potato chips a louder crunch, unapologetically bold flavors, and embodies the sights and sounds of New Orleans. Enjoy, and laissez les bon temps rouler!
Irresistibly strange, daringly different. Kettle cooked, one batch at a time since 1985. Zapp's brings the party to you.
Boulder Canyon was founded by brothers John and Mark Maggio in 1994, who together wanted to create a healthier but equally delicious snack option.
The two learned the methodology of making potato chips and soon after started to create healthier options using better-for-you oils, like olive oil or avocado oil. The Boulder brand was born and the rest is history.
Since 1994, the Boulder Canyon brand has delivered kettle cooked potato chips with unsurpassed quality and taste.
It all started with an amazing Tex-Mex dinner and some unforgettable margaritas at an On The Border Restaurant, when we thought—why not bring that same Border-style flavor into the home?
We choose every ingredient with purpose and take our time to ensure each product bursts with flavor and delivers a perfect crunch. Because takin’ it slow is just how we do things around here. Bring the Cantina Home.
It starts with the ingredients. Simple and familiar ingredients with just the right blend of flours and the perfect balance of sea salt
