I want a natural water that wasnt filtered. Normally drink Fiji water but thought i'd try something different. It tastes like restaurant tap water that's had ice melted in it. I've seen some say its minerals, i'm not sure. The bubbly version tastes fine. I won't buy this again.
I have been looking for non-carbonated mineral water and found this. I think the price is fine, but the taste is a little off. I still drink it and have reordered because I cannot find non-carbonated mineral water and I like the benefits of mineral water. The taste is not bad, it is just ok.
I consider myself somewhat of a water expert. And I will try anything as long as it comes from a natural source and isn’t filtered. These were at a decent price so I decided to give them a try.The taste was not for me. I’m not sure what it is but I am struggling to finish these. There are much better tasting waters at similar price points on Amazon. My favorite tasting water comes from glaciers
The taste of the water is not the best. You can definitely tell that it has natural minerals, which is great, but it is definitely prevalent. My biggest issue is with the packaging. Every single lid was really hard to unscrew and the plastic ring holding the lid on, would always fray so anytime you want to take a drink you’re getting poked by plastic. If your plan is to pour the water into a different cup or bottle, then it is not an issue, but in my case, it was very inconvenient and unnecessarily annoying.
As an ultra runner, I drink Bonneval still water during and after my long runs or strenuous bike rides in the extreme Texas heat to keep myself effectively hydrated and to speed up the recovery. What a difference with filtered or purified water that just evaporate with sweat without providing any minerals to the body!As with everything you choose to put in your body, you could drink tasteless filtered water without minerals or over-marketed purified electrolyte water adding chemical electrolyte supplements to it or you can just drink the real thing coming from the mountains containing the natural minerals you need!
We spend a lot of time in Europe and really miss the high mineral content waters that we get there. I disagree with some of the reviewers saying this has a funny taste. It has a great taste, which is the result of the right combination of minerals. If you’re used to drinking American mineral waters, which are almost totally lacking in minerals, this may taste different. It’s the best tasting water that I’ve found (lots of searching and trying) that’s available in the U.S. at a reasonable price.
It’s generally a struggle for me to drink more water but the Bonneval water is easy to drink! The case has a pull tab around the entire case making it super easy to remove the top of the case while leaving the bottles neatly lined up inside the lower half of the case. No more bottles tumbling over in my pantry. Fast shipping. Quality product! Will definitely order again.
This water does have a yucky taste if you drink it straight out of the bottle. Pour it into another vessel and let it oxidize in fresh air. It will open up like a good wine. After 20-30 mins, it will taste amazing. If it still has a funny taste, just keep it exposed to fresh air for a while and the yucky taste will eventually go away like magic. Hope this helps!
