08-03-2026So, these do seem to be very sturdy, and I have no doubt that they would protect my eyes from a lot of problems. But I'm finding that they hurt the bridge of my nose after a while.I've added some double stick puffy tape to the nose area (without peeling the paper from the side that touches my face), and that has helped a lot. But if these had more area for them to sit on the nose better, that would make them much easier to handle for more than a few minutes of wearing at a time.They don't even really need actual, soft padding. They just need a better base for the nose.I had to flip a coin to choose between 3 and 4 stars, because I was very much on the fence here. These do have the sitting-on-nose issue; but they also work really well. Wearability, however, will be an issue over the long run, and I can't wear these as-is for too long without them becoming too uncomfortable to keep on. So when the coin said 3 stars, I had to agree.Do NOT be afraid to buy these, because they DO work. But have some cushioned tape or sticky bandages to use to let them sit on the bridge of your nose well. Many safety goggles have a very, very similar issue with face comfort, but it seems, to me, to be more pronounced with these than I've found with others. Good for a minute or two. Add nose protection or find a better pair of goggles if you need to wear them for longer than that.
