Excellent, it works very well, the games have good quality.

I read the reviews for this and checkout a few competing items but settled on this one because the low ratings were from people with different expectations. This is a budget model of a pandora game box. I expected repeat games, I expected not the best components, I expected minimal instructions.The packaging is basic but is decently protected with nice thick foam. The parts and cables are just placed in the box loose. (no big deal) It had everything needed to hook up to a tv and start playing. There are no real instructions, but one can find instructions on the internet for similar products.The interface is basic but functional. Not the best but it is simple enough to get used to. I found some youtube videos which were helpful on showing the navigation of the settings.The game list is ridiculously long. Seriously, I would have rather had gotten an older model with less repeat. (I could not find an older model with less games that cost less). In the settings you can choose to hide games if you want. Tedious but doable.The buttons and joystick were better than I expected. Not premium but not bad.I am giving it 5 stars because I’m happy with what I got for the price $179. There are competing models that are about the same price, perhaps they are the same or better, not sure. I found one at a local store for $290+tax but is had the two players attached. I wanted one with separate joysticks. I’m satisfied.

Decent console design. Out of the box plug and play. A ton of games still have to go through them all, but so far there are alot od duplicate games.

I love this arcade game console. I scanned all the similar listings on Amazon and eBay, and finally decided to buy from this seller. The reasons being, almost all the games that I play in arcade room in my childhood are included in this game console, for that I agree that they name this game console as Pandora box. It does have everything you needed. Secondly, the host are two sperate boxes which is better than most of other consoles, coz when you play with your friends and roommates you don’t run into each other. Thirdly, this arcade game box has suction cups, it will suck to most of surface so when you play the game box itself will not move, and you have a steady play. Forth, this pandora box have sorted all the games in different catalogs, unlike other games, you have to browse the game in endless list, this system has already separated in Shooting game, action game, puzzles game and etc. it is super easy for you to find what you needed. You also can set the game you play the most as your favorite game, and it will show up in the top. Fifth, the game console system has several languages, my Korean roommate have no problem using it. To me I think this is the best you can find in the market, as I already did the research among all the selling platform and listings. It is the all you need to recall your childhood memory.

Only difficulty I had on power up it was in Chinese took a bit to find where to change the language however once that was done was plain sailing. Device is responsive and so many games and if 10k is not enough you connect to the game store and theres even more!!So far all the games I remember from the 80s work well not had any issues

I love this thing. Like other reviews, I agree that the joy stick is sub par. But it's an easy upgrade.I like the GUI ok. You know most roms like this have clunky menus, this one is ok. I wish it was further plit into systems, but it's all in one big pile. You can totally go into the files and delete the dumb games you'll never play, but be careful, I went to delete "duplicates" of turtles in time, but found they were modded, like turtles in time with battle toads or with streets of range characters. Seems like many of the beat em ups are modded in fun ways. A very welcome discovery.All of the record keeping seems to save well. That's important to me because we keep a "high score" wall for friends to come over and try to beat the selected game high scores.Set up is easy although the cords are a bit too short for couch play. It would be very easy to turn this into a cabinet though.I am floored how much fun we are having with this system!

They are very well built with a clean and simple design. It has most of the games that I was hoping it had (no Nintendo 64 games though). It has every (or just about every) game for Atari, Nes SNes, Sega Genesis, Sega Master System, and just about every game that used to be in arcades years ago. It is definitely a blast from the past, but doesn't really have any modern games. It is fun to play and doesn't glitch out very often. It does glitch sometimes, and a lot of the games are very redundant. It says it has 9,900 games, but in actuality it has about 3,000 - 4,000 games, which is still a lot of games. It is well worth the money, because it is about the same quality as the $3,000 custom cabinets, but you can sit down with it on your lap without bumping elbows with the person next to you. It will keep you entertained for hours on end. I'd recommend it. I'm happy that I purchased it.

The machine stopped working after a few months on its own. The startup screen would keep cycling for some time and then go blank. Restarting the machine didn't help.

So glad we purchased this! It was easy for my husband to build into a cabinet and setup. We put it in our sunroom and we’ve gotten more use out of these than any of the prior arcade games we’ve bought. Solid value with a great price. This is a quality product - I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! There are soooo many games available, it’s easy to use and the most fun I’ve had with a gaming console in years.

I was very exciting to finally receiving this product as if my childhood memory come back home. However, this product didn't work when connected to my TV using HDMI, just blue/green screen. It worked when connected to monitor using HDMI, but it will glitch and frozen to blue/green screen again after a few min.I have to returned after 30 min of trying it. What a disappointment. How can I trust the rest of similar product in the market.
