GUSTO Disposable Poly Gloves for Food Prep, Cooking & Food Service – Clear Plastic, Latex & Powder Free, One Size
Good for maintaining sanitary conditions. Dispisible and economical.
Great value for the product. They are good disposable gloves for the price point. IMPORTANT - they are a little small. I usually use L or XL disposable gloves and these are pretty snug.
These Disposable Poly Plastic Gloves are well-made with premium quality and work well for cooking and food prep. However, they run a bit large, so it would be great if multiple sizes were offered for a better fit.
The first time I saw anyone using these gloves it was in a Korean drama to make kimchi. I thought to myself why not just save money and wash your hands? I was wrong and the ahjummas were right. These are incredibly useful, whether you’re cracking eggs or using them for cleaning! I have not seen one rip on me and I use them everyday. They might not be useful for heavy duty chemical safety or even washing dishes but they are perfect for food prep and keeping me from rewashing my hands multiple times! That helps me save on paper towels as well! I have large hands and they fit comfortably and you get many for the price.
I was happy with these gloves. This was my 2nd order for them, and I was happy to see I was able to get the same brand as in the past. The gloves fit my (medium-size) hand fine (would work with larger hands as well.) They lasted okay for basic simple cleanup jobs, and didn't rip apart at the least bit of pressure. So, I recommend them (after all, that why I bought them a 2nd time!)
According to my account, I ordered these on April 11th, 2023. I’m back here on April 20th, 2024 to order them again. These gloves are invaluable to have on-hand (pun intended). I’ve used them for many tasks over the last year:- cooking (handling chicken and beef)- litter box scooping- cleaning puppy ‘accidents’- Scrubbing the bathtub and toilets (harsh chemicals, bodily fluids)- Handling items to sanitize them for my family when they had a case of the ‘VID.- Trash pickup/taking can to the curb on pickup dayAt this point, I’m uncomfortable existing without these being easily accessible in my home. They are not made to fit perfectly. They will fall down if you have smaller hands and are doing certain tasks. They are not made to be worn for extended periods of heavy use requiring dexterity and precision. They are just like the gloves the sandwich artists at subway, or the prep cooks in your local restaurant kitchen, are using. They are for one-time use and disposable. I will say that they are much better quality than the ones I grabbed for $1 on sale at DG earlier this week, to hold me over until I ordered more of these. For medical stuff, or tasks where you need a closely fitted glove which allows for dexterity, you’ll want latex/nitrile/etc. For quick cleaning tasks, you’ll want these. Trust me! We keep both on-hand, and grabbing these to use when applicable has saved money overall, as the latex/nitrile gloves are more expensive.I highly recommend these gloves, and I’m certain I’ll be back here by April 2025 to pick some more of them up!
These aren't as tough or well fitting as Nitrile/latex gloves, but there are circumstances where I prefer these. Especially if i just need a glove for a few seconds and don't want to waste a nitrile glove. They are fairly thick compared to similar ones i've bought in the past.
These are nice and big, so I can pick up poop, carefully take the gloves by going inside out and tying it up for the garbage. A must have for those that like to pick up dog poop ASAP and not get too messy.
Use them to apply cream to my knee and don’t want the cream on my hands as it burns my eyes or mouth. I have to use two as gloves moves a lot when applying and the cream is on my hand and have found that I have to wash my hands
Excellent gloves, a bit loose, I use an elastic band to secure it
Good product! These gloves work well for slipping on quickly…for food prep/gloves fit small hands and huge hands! Perfect for messy jobs too like painting a fence/house/dirty jobs/medical cleanliness too. Very versatile and stay intact for the whole project!
These are easy to get on and off because so big and loose. They worked for my intended purpose; to protect my hands from germs at the cruise ship buffets.
Great for gross cleanups. Faster and easier to put on than medical type latex gloves. Grab the gloves, grab the paper towels.
